"This unique home was just far enough away from Tucson to be the perfect weekend getaway. The property was beautiful and we were able to see such gorgeous sunsets. The space was clean and extra spacious. I hope to come back here with my family someday!We did a day trip to Patagonia and the lake, and both Patagonia and Tubac were fun, close shopping destinations. This home felt safe and organized, so the guests were extra comfortable."

"Absolutely everything you need in the kitchen along with 3 or 4 types of coffee pot and a crest bag of coffee beans and hand made trail mix. Not only pet friendly but has an orthopedic bed for the dog and treats and toys. Surrounding the casita is nothing but beautiful views. Much more amenities. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Birdsong Retreat, nestled just minutes from Patagonia Lake. We stayed in the Hummingbird Casita, which was cozy, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature — the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life.Robin, the owner and host, was exceptional. Warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, she made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her thoughtful touches — from fresh eggs to locally sourced snacks (many made by her!) — made our stay even more special.One of our favorite experiences was enjoying morning coffee while wandering the walking labyrinth, a peaceful and meditative way to start the day. The close proximity to Patagonia Lake made it easy for us to raft and enjoy the stunning mountain birdlife.And we can’t forget the infinity hot tub — an especially terrific way to unwind and take in the dramatic monsoon evenings. Soaking under the vast desert sky while the storms rolled through was pure magic.If you’re looking for a serene, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated stay with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, Birdsong Retreat is it.
