The internet was out most of the time. Our phones would go in and out. Also the tv would constantly freeze. Wasnt even wirth trying to watch tv. I called the front desk and they said they were having internet problems that would not be fixed anytime soon and could not give us any kind of refund

Motel Santa Cruz
The LED lights were horrible. Room was not clean. Hair all over. Place not kept up. Nothing looks professional or well kept. I would not chose this place again.

The Aqua Pacific Hotel
We always have went there 2 times a year for many years and it was completely run down and felt very dirty. I wish I would've Fought to get my money back. There was no vending machine for water. We had to switch rooms cause there was literal poop on the floor. I’m super sad cause they always used ...
