Excellent place to stay

This is the best hotel I've stayed in in Santa Eularia des Riu in Ibiza. Excellent staff, location, big rooms, and the pool on the rooftop is nice. It's not the newest or most luxurious hotel -but the price to quality ratio is well worth it, and the staff's helpfulness and comfort of the hotel makes up for it.

Quite simply I love this hotel, stay here 2 or 3 times a year and always have a lovely time, staff are great and the hotel whilst dated is situated perfectly between the town and the beach, going back soon for another doubtless great time.

Absolutley love this hotel, stayed here multiple times and always had a lovely stay, staff are excellent and helpful and the rooms whilst basic offer everything you need for a self catering stay, good supermarket opposite and 5 mins walk from the Beach and Marina, highly recommend.

Apartment was in an excellent location, a little noisy as it’s on a Main Street going down to the marina. It was very clean and maids came in every day to clean, make the beds, bedding and towels changed every 3rd day. The roof top pool is lovely but small so only adequate for dipping in and out of. Close to the Marina, town and beach, on the whole we would recommend the hotel to stay in.

Fantastic Location!

Slightly outdated fittings in rooms but overall really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of hanging space and mirrors for 4 girls! Excellent location, Spar across the road for wine and water! Lovely roof top pool, and helpful staff....would return 😎

Excellent hotel in Santa Eulalia

Beautifully clean hotel in an excellent location, close to the marina, beaches, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed. There was no air conditioning which was fine in May but could mean it’s hot later in the year. There’s a lovely sunbathing area and pool on the roof. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic stay

We arrived after the check in desk was closed due to a delayed flight and was met by the night security man. He was wonderful, gave us a lovely welcome and insisted he got us coffees and snacks due to the late hour. What a perfect first impression! All the staff were lovely, friendly and so helpful in answering any questions we had. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was lovely and peaceful and we were grateful for the use of pool towels. Finally, the location. Perfectly located for the beach, restaurants and to visit other resorts on the island. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again if I return to Ibiza.

Excellent value, fabulous location.

The Duquesa is perfectly located in a very central location to all the shops and restaurants. Spacious accommodation and side view of the Marina. Would absolutely recommend and would most certainly stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Het was een erg fijn appartement, lekker ruim. Bij het zwembad of het dakterras was altijd een bedje vrij. Erg vriendelijk personeel, perfecte ligging want je bent zo op de lange boulevard, pakt de bus of struint tussen de winkeltjes of gaat zitten bij een leuk restaurant.
