In the Can Pep Simó urbanisation, 5 minutes by car from the city centre and the marinas of Ibiza and Marina Botafoch. The Mediterranean-style villa with contemporary details and decoration is south-facing and offers magnificent panoramic views of the sea, Dalt Vila, the bay of Talamanca and Formentera in the background.

The nearest beaches are Talamanca and S'Estanyol, both about 5-10 minutes away by car.

LAYOUT: A wooden door opens onto a patio from where we can already see the marvellous views. From the patio we access the different rooms that make up the house, all of which are independent and distributed on different levels.

On the right side there are 2 double bedrooms (both with 2 single beds), one with a bathroom and the other with a shower room. On the left are two double bedrooms, a master suite and a double bedroom with shower room and TV.

Large living room with 3 comfortable sofas and access to the terrace. TV corner with built in sofas and cushions and fireplace.

Small dining room connected to the kitchen with a view, very spacious and equipped: ceramic hob with 5 hobs, 90 cm electric oven, 2 fridges, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Large open terrace with dining area in the shade of a pine forest.

Cleaning service: 2 hours a day, 6 days a week.
