Overall: 7.5/10 Pros: * Great breakfast and restaurants * Beautiful beach right next to the hotel * Two nice pools * Very clean * Fresh towels available anytime * Helpful reception staff * Special thanks to Marco, the supervisor, for the upgrade after several room changes Cons: * First room was not what we booked * Second room had a broken AC, which was very uncomfortable * Several room changes were quite stressful * Pools can get very crowded, making it hard to find a good sunbed * Check-in could include more information about hotel services * Personally, I did not like the spiritual/astrological artwork throughout the hotel — it made me feel uncomfortable Overall, a nice hotel with a great location and helpful staff, but the room issues affected our stay.

Very cute and nice staff by the pool. The reception and people around it was not bad but I felt it was a little bit strange when they closed the walk in to the restaurant all of a sudden the last day and would not let us pass even tho we had a little bit of time limit. It was ridiculous.. the room service was not working and over all the experience was drawn down due to the lack of service and attitude.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at Hyde Ibiza. I had really been looking forward to staying here, but the experience did not live up to a four-star hotel. The lobby is crowded, feels more like a waiting area, and has an unpleasant bathroom-like smell. Many of the front desk staff were also unfriendly. Our room had a sink that wouldn’t drain and a broken safe, although maintenance responded quickly. Amenities were surprisingly limited: no minibar, just two small cans of water and a few coffee pods. Housekeeping was also disappointing. After our room was cleaned, we were left with an empty tissue box and trash on the bedside table and bathroom floor. Room service was frustrating because our entire order was repeatedly rejected when one item was unavailable, without telling us which item. The breakfast buffet was genuinely good and the highlight of our stay. What shocked me most was being told I had to pay €7 for water when I needed it to take medication. The concierge suggested walking to the neighboring hotel for free water instead. Additionally, many of the outdoor amenities shown in advertising cost extra, including €100 for a sunbed and €100 to access the large pool. My friends and I joked that Hyde charges you to breathe because that’s genuinely how it felt. I would not stay here again. If you’re considering Hyde, I’d recommend the Mondrian instead—at least they’ll give you water.

The hotel is lovely and on the sandy beautiful beach front. The surround area of the hotel is also beautiful with many restaurants option and things to do. Definitely recommend and would go again.
