Villa Dalt S'Era - Free week from July 13 to 20

  • Traditional Ibicencan house, modern and tastefully decorated, located near the village of Santa Gertrudis on a plot of 15,000 m2. A 500-meter road separates the road from the beautiful villa with beautiful mountain views.

    The house consists of a single floor, offering comfort and well-being:

    Entering, we find a bright living-dining room, having a small interior garden, satellite-TV, DVD and fireplace;

    - Large kitchen, separated from the living room with a sliding door, fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.). The washing machine is in a separate room, with exit to the parking.

    -1 double bedroom (1.80 x 2 m) with bathroom with shower en-suite, television, playstation

    - 1 large bathroom with shower and 2 sinks

    -1 Double bedroom with trundle bed (90 x 2 m) separated from another single bedroom with a sliding door

    The house has Wi-fi, air conditioning, safe, audio system, newly built barbecue.
