2nd time staying here. I love the artwork, the location, and the general ambiance of the hotel. However, this time was marred by paper thin walls, listening to complaints and arguments from next door, doors slamming, etc. The other thing I didn't appreciate was the "everyone must valet park" rule. ...

We came for the night to see a concert and right away the pool was dirty and they put us in a room with mold on the balcony and the room stunk and had cosmetic issues. We complained to staff and management but were treated poor until other management ...
