The property itself was well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities in good condition. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenient parking. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

Good with car

If you have a car this is a great place when visiting Granada. Easy on and off the freeway to and from. Granada. The service is top notch, everything is clean and spacious. You can get a cheap and decent breakfast in the cafeteria.

Clean room but in need of maintenance

Staff friendly, bedding and bathroom clean however one section of the wooden flooring had obviously been very wet in the past and had come loose where you walked into bathroom which was dangerous. A slightly cracked tile on bathroom floor and walls had a lot of marks on them.

In room 219 Bathroom smelled of Sewage, no hot water in shower, air conditioning did not work. Hotel is along highway but able to drive into Santa Fe center in 1 minute.

We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays.

Not great service

We had a terrible experience from check-in to check-out. The lady at front desk was rude, she almost didn’t say one word. The room AC was not working. I talked with them, they said they can’t fix and also did not have other room. We sleep two night at 90F. The breakfast suppose to open at 08:00 but it still close at 08:30. Lake of professionalism and management

Reservé este alojamiento creyendo que era un hotel de 4 estrellas, y sinceramente no entiendo cómo puede mantener esa categoría, porque rara vez podría pasar de ser una pensión. La experiencia fue muy mala. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche: el colchón estaba completamente destrozado, con muelles que se clavan y suenan al moverse lo más mínimo, y la nevera hacía ruido constantemente, lo que imposibilitaba el descanso. Además, no hay nada de insonorización, se oye absolutamente todo. Para colmo, no cuentan con recepción 24 horas, así que tuvimos que pasar toda la noche así, sin poder contactar con nadie del hotel para intentar solucionarlo. El baño tenía manchas en el retrete, pelos sueltos y el techo desconchado, con partes cayéndose literalmente. Ni siquiera había amenities, y los vasos eran de plástico, impropios de un supuesto hotel de esta categoría. Todo el mobiliario y la decoración están anclados en los años 2000, sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento. La televisión antiquísima y los servicios anunciados, como el “servicio de habitaciones”, simplemente no existen. Lo único destacable fue el trato del recepcionista Javier, muy amable y atento, que intentó ayudar en lo posible. Finalmente, contacté con Hoteles.es, les expliqué la situación y me emitieron el reembolso. Aun así, no recomendaría este hotel bajo ningún concepto mientras no se renueve y se revise su clasificación, porque no cumple en absoluto con los estándares de un 4★.

Llegamos tarde y nos fuimos pronto a la mañama siguiente pero la atención al llegar fue muy buena y la habitación estupenda. La cama muy cómoda y toda la habitación amplia.

Pues mi experiencia es buena, los profesionales muy amables, el personal de servicio igualmente, sitio muy tranquilo, solo un inconveniente no ponen toallas de bidet pequeña y yo la necesito, tampoco ponen gel ni champú solo ponen un dosificador para todo, para gel y champú

Podrían rodar la 3 parte del resplandor

Hotel 4 estrellas que cierran la puerta y no hay nadie en recepción. Cocina 22.30 cerrada y bar cerrando el cual no me ofreció ni un refresco. Que me fuera al pueblo. El hotel está, frente al pueblo y para llegar a él lo cruza un Ctra nacional, andando para llegar al pueblo mucho, en coche gay que dar 1000 vueltas para poder volver al hotel.
