  • This two bedroom Southwest-style condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. A block from Gardunos and overlooking downtown, this beauty shows that you don't have to chose between "close" and "comfortable". Enjoy drinks and the quiet Santa Fe air on a roomy balcony after sunset to top off a perfect day in the land enchanted.

    An elevator lets out a few feet from the front door, making it easy to get your luggage in. For larger parties, the couch opens out into a third bed and in a pinch, an air mattress is also available.

Great spot

We've stayed in a few short-term rentals in the area and this was among the best for comfort and location. The communication with the owner was quick and clear and friendly. We'll definitely stay here again!

The location was great - walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and the Santa Fe plaza. Beds were comfortable and the condo was cute! The balcony was a great spot for coffee or card games with friends.

Getaway to Santa Fe

Property was just as described. Beds were great, having a kitchen was helpful, Netflix’s movies after a day of shopping and visiting churches worked for us. Be sure to get carry out sopaipillas at the Plaza restaurant.

‘excellent stay

This property in Santa fe is in an ideal location. We were able to reach all points in Santa fe within a ten minute journey. The apt is located near good grocery stores and drug stores and other retail places one would want. I particularly liked the porch and the responsiveness of the host to our needs.

Great Place, Perfect Location

Perfect for a low-key girls trip to Santa Fe. The condo itself was extremely cute, in a very nice safe neighborhood. It was too cold on this visit to make use of the outdoor space, but it was lovely too. We both loved it, would definitely stay again and in fact I’m already planning my next trip down with my husband. Note: Not a negative but one thing to be aware of is that although it is only about a mile from the Plaza you want to either have a car or plan to take an Uber because it is not a very walkable mile.

Perfect Location!

I lived in Santa Fe for many years and I can confidently say this condo is inan excellent location! It was a 6 minute drive to every area we enjoy visiting downtown. Only 15 minutes to the airport, too! The condo was designed to support a quiet sleep by putting the bedrooms on the opposite end of the balcony which faces the highway. The place was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed. The price was more than reasonable for the space. Highly recommended! Kind hosts and good communication.

Greg Ave Condo

Our 5 night stay at the Greg Ave condo in Santa Fe was excellent. The location was perfect, the place was clean, and the owner was attentive and a pleasure to deal with. I would stay here again without hesitation. One thing to note: this unit is in building A on the third floor. During our stay, the elevator for this building was out of order which made for a minor inconvenience. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.

Not a good start but got it fixed

We arrived at the property and it had not been turned over yet. Contacted the property manager and they got the cleaning crew out quickly and did a quick turn over on the condo. The condo is ok with a very nice balcony and furniture setup we enjoyed during our stay. The inside could use a bit of updating and some minor repairs, but it was good overall. The location worked well for getting around Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. We visited many national parks and areas in northern New Mexico during our stay and this was a great location to launch from. Being so close to the main highway made trips easy and there was not a lot of road noise. It was also quite close to downtown, so trips into town were short.

Good location for the price, easy parking. We LOVED the covered porch at the back! The condo was adequate but lacked a few amenities. We had to go shopping for soap and washcloths for the shower (although there were lots of fluffy bath towels) and a few other necessities. There was a lack of space in the closets for hanging clothes (closet stuffed with pillows and blankets, vacuum, and ironing board) and no luggage racks for the bedrooms. Just one tiny chair. Check in/out was simple and efficient. Great internet, and lots of choices on the tv, although the setup seemed overly complicated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if these few things were addressed.
