A great place to stay!

We loved our time here! The location was great and within walking distance of so much. Kim was amazing at communicating with us and had fantastic recommendations. Our favorite places for food were all in the welcome binder. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Feliz

Casa Feliz was the perfect place for what we wanted in Santa Fe. Located just a few minutes walk to the Plaza, it also had several good restaurants right down the street. We only needed help once and Kim was quick to respond. We had a great stay.

Anniversary at Casa Feliz

Property is small, but has everything needed for two guests. Location is great! We walked everywhere except to Canyon Road galleries. Parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle, but we made it work. We would stay here again.

Pre Balloon Fiesta Visit to Santa Fe

Great location to walk to many amazing restaurants and the Plaza! Construction on Guadalupe made driving a bit of a challenge. Canyon Road was a must see, and the botanical gardens a nice surprise. Condo had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us.

Great Location, Even Better Host

This property is located very close to the center of town and you are able to walk there and to the museums. It is small but efficient so you can cook for yourself to reduce expenses, but there lots of food options literally steps away. The host, Kim, is absolutely the best! Super responsive and anticipates your every need.

Great central Santa Fe vacation unit.

My wife and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The apartment is well equipped and, as a design professional, I was impressed with the design quality and sensibility. Even though the unit fronts a commercial street, the patio area provided a comfortable outdoor haven. The unit is in easy walking distance of many of Santa Fe's old town attractions, as well as several eateries that we tried and enjoyed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location close to town and can walk to great restaurants(not the one next door)

Parking can be a challenge since it’s on a busy street and wall blocks view of traffic as your backing out. Besides that the place was very up to date and very clean. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go.

The space is thoughtfully designed and customized. Plentiful towels, kitchen accessories etc. We appreciated the fans and air conditioning in the unit which made it a great escape for a hot summer day. The furnishings are both lovely and functional. The location is right next door to a great local bagel spot and several other great little coffee and food spots. Everything was super clean -the only exception being the washing machine but the cleaning supplies available made that a very small issue. The owner is very kind, helpful and flexible. You are in great hands booking here.

Outstanding!

Casa Feliz is a lovely casita conveniently located in the Guadalupe district within walking distance to the Plaza and several good places to eat. It is well designed to make excellent use of space, and feels both spacious and comfortable. The complete kitchen has 3 different ways to make coffee and an apartment-sized refrigerator just right for one or two people. The bed is comfortable, linens very nice, and bathroom small but with plenty of storage for toiletries. I give Casa Feliz and the hosts my highest recommendation!

Outstanding property & close to the heart of Santa Fe

Kim does a great job with this property. The bed is comfortable, ditto the sofa. The kitchen is well-appointed. We ate breakfast in but took all our other meals out. There are so many terrific restaurants in Santa Fe, and the prices are quite reasonable. We had a rental car because we also went to Taos and Colorado on this trip. If we were coming just to Santa Fe and staying here, we'd consider flying into ABQ and then taking the train to Santa Fe. The station is just a short walk from the property.

Convenient and comfortable

The place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was convenient to walk to the places that we wanted to visit. The owner left a binder full of helpful information. We had a slight setback when we arrived and there was construction on the road and sidewalk in front of our unit where we were to park. The owner was responsive. The workers were accommodating in making an opening for our car. It ended up not being a problem.

Wonderful Pied-A-Terrein Santa Fe

Wonderful location: a brief walk to historic downtown and to the Eldorado Hotel conference centre. Fantastic bakery down the street, as well as shopping mall with all the amenities.The place itself is super cute, bed is comfortable, and the kitchen really well stocked with utensils and 2 amazing coffee makers (Coffee Ninja!). Highly recommend.

Even though the place is small, it had everything we needed. Owner thought of everything to help make our stay comfortable including a well stocked kitchen, bathroom & laundry. One little extra I really appreciated was the wall mounted magnified make up mirror! We definitely recommend this place!

Santa Fe trip

The condo was a nice place for 2 adults in Santa Fe. It is centrally located within a short walk of the plaza and the Railyard so accessing great food is easy. The property was very clean when we arrived and check in went off without a hitch. Definitely would stay here again.
