You'll be only about 350 yards from the New Mexico 475 that leads to Ski Santa Fe 15 miles away, where you can enjoy the day on the slopes, and come back, rack your skis and enjoy a nice fire at home, or head into town for a local dinner. Immerse yourself in Santa Fe's rich arts, and culture scene; the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, New Mexico Museum of Art, and New Mexico History Museum are just a few blocks away! Take in a beautiful view of the city from historic Fort Marcy Park or head to Santa Fe Plaza to shop for local wares - both are less than a mile away.

Relax beneath exposed wood beams known as vigas and enjoy the giant 66' TV with cable and Netflix. The regionally inspired furniture and artwork accentuate the space, which includes a queen sofa bed, love seat, armchair, and desk area. The group's chef will be drawn into the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, knotty alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room features a rustic wood table and direct access to the courtyard.

The primary bedroom boasts a gas fireplace, TV, and access to a private balcony with a bistro table. The convenient en suite bath includes a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom holds a large dresser, TV, and an en suite bathroom.

Complimentary WiFi, a stackable washer/dryer, a Wii, and a variety of books and board games are provided.

Great Santa Fe duplex in wonderful semi secluded area extremely close to the plaza.

Loved the comfort, the space, the decor, ease of operation and condition of appliances, many places to sit outside, fabulous primary suite shower, large TV screen which we’d never appreciated before this.

We had an amazing time visiting Santa Fe with our family for spring break. The location of our property was convenient to the Plaza and everywhere else we wanted to go. Already planning our next trip when the weather is warmer!

Let's keep it a aeceet so it won't be booked. Seriously, everything first class and well decorated. Loved the master bedroom balcony and generious tv channels. The only thing i would improve is better quality of tollet paper.

Northeast Santa Fe Gem

The property in Santa Fe is close to the Plaza and has everything you need even a few books and games. We enjoyed the conversation topics. It is a especially clean two story home with parking, a living room, dining area, well appointed kitchen, half bath and laundry downstairs, king bed with bath and queen bed with bath upstairs. We met the housekeeper, she was pleasant, helpful and the house looks great. The only problem I have is with Airbnb. I think they could do a better job of showing all fees in the first page. Double the price listed is excessive. The cleaning fee and Security Fee should not be in addition to the room rate. Many people with finite resources are hurt by the revelations of large extra fees. Being up front with costs would be a best practice.

The Perfect Home Away from Home

My wife and I just spent a week with my father in law in this lovely town home. It exceeded all our expectations and fit our needs perfectly. Having a home like this to return to after sightseeing all day is so much nicer than a hotel room. It is well located for walking into the plaza area, grocery stores, and access to highway especially for going to points of interest north toward Taos. The downstairs is open and roomy with access to a private patio where it was nice to sit and relax after a long day out. It was a little too cold to sit out in the morning but would be perfect to sit out there with coffee as well. The living room furniture is comfortable especially the recliner which I enjoyed. Upstairs is a large, comfortable, master king bedroom with a luxury bathroom and large walk in closet. It also has a cute little balcony off the master bedroom as well. My father-in-law enjoyed the queen bedroom and said it was very comfortable. Liked the smart TV's which allowed us to use our Netflix. We ate at home more than we usually do and enjoyed the nice roomy kitchen as well as the large dining table. The home is smartly decorated in the Santa Fe style. Kim was very easy to work with. She responded quickly to all our questions. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly and hope to stay here when we visit Santa Fe in the future.

Santa Fe stay

Loved the location, the rooms/space was good for us. Had some trouble getting into the unit upon arrival, trouble for first part of trip with the access to the front door. Got it worked out. Property manager was good at responding. Had some trouble with cooling the top floor, again property manager was good at responding, but it was hot upstairs.

Great place to stay in Santa Fe!

Loved how comfortable the home, Casa del Norte, was. Loved the floor plan with the two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms upstairs. Had privacy in both bedrooms in the way the condo was laid out. Also, loved the half bath downstairs. The kitchen had high end appliances. The entire condo had high end bath tubs, sinks, toilets, furniture, decor (Santa Fe style to enhance the charm of being in such an enchanting city). It was just a lovely place to stay with a nice private patio with a gas grill. The fireplace was really nice. We enjoyed having a fire in the fireplace several nights during our stay. Also, the location was ideal. Only a 15 minute walk to the plaza and very close proximity to Sprouts and Market Street grocery stores. The only negative was that the dishwasher didn't work. We reported it to Vacasa the second night of our 5 night stay with a response that they would have the local Vacasa staff have it fixed. They never responded after several attempts. Not sure why this was not attended to and makes me wonder how responsive Vacasa would be on a more urgent issue. Aside from the aggravation of having to hand wash a few dishes, the over all stay at Casa del Norte couldn't have been nicer.

A lovely stay

This was one of the nicest stays! The location to downtown was great (walkable) and the kitchen is very well stocked for preparing meals. The radiant heat kept us plenty warm, even with temps in the teens overnight. The beds and bedding were wonderful - high end linens and towels made our stay very comfy. I would love to have the chance to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful vacation

The property was amazing. The house was beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and shiny, very well appointed, parking was. convenient. We had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable stay and the patio and upper deck off the master were extra fun. We had a slight issue with receiving door code upon arrival, but our host was incredibly swift at response. Didn’t have to wait longer than two minutes to have issue resolved. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation in Santa Fe

The property was located in a perfect spot allowing access to the major roadways (Interstates) for quick travel to local parks, e.g., Bandelier National Monument and downtown attractions. The residence was well maintained, clean and had higher end finishes that provided a very cozy and comfortable environment for our family of 5, two adults and three teenagers (17, 16 and 14 years of age). We did not encounter any issues, problems or concerns at the home and overall had a great time during our stay in Santa Fe. I would not hesitate to book and stay at this property again in the future.
