Room was excellent. Attended yoga classes loved it a lot! Excellent outdoor pool and soaking tubs. We booked a massages as well. It was not 75 minutes as it stated, only 60 min with taking time for massagist to wash her hands between the procedures much longer. Though she has been working only on my body, I don't get it. Of course I payed to her tips in advance. Don't do the same mistake.

Great one night stay. Soaking pools were clean and plentiful. Dinner was very good. Walking the grounds was delightful. Extra bonus was playing w puppies. They comped us a half bottle of prosecco in the room. Nice touch.

Really lovely place to stay. I loved the yoga, the rescue pups, the silkie chickens, the quiet and restful spots to wander or take a dip. Definitely a place to unwind. Staff was always helpful too.

Would definitely return!

Such a little piece of heaven! We were greeted by Santiago who was very helpful at check in. The rooms were cozy and clean with a lovely view of property. Staying at Ojo was pure relaxation. I took advantage and appreciated all amenities from the gym to a wonderful yoga class, hiking trails and puppies! Definitely must experience the spa. Billy Jo did a fantastic job!

First time at ojo Santa Fe, much quieter and less crowded than ojo caliente. The water at caliente has higher mineral content and greater degrees of temperature than Santa Fe but the relative quiet nature of guests supersedes water temp / minerals. The staff was very pleasant in person and very accommodating but don’t bother trying to call, no one will pick up and or return your call. We loved the casita and dinner choices were exceptional. Expedia reservation system is less than optimum when trying to amend dates of accommodations.

The grounds at Ojo Santa Fe are beautiful. Shout out to exceptional housekeeping supervisor Ozzy that went out of his way to get us into our room. Meals were enjoyable, spa service was very nice, and the hot springs were wonderful on a cool evening. Very nice respite.

Furniture worn. Second floor room with no elevator. No staff to help with bags. In room phone not working. Pillows worn and needing replacement. Room was ready but we couldn't access until 3 PM, even though we were there at 2:53.....made us wait anyway. Positive: Maintenance staff came promptly to fix a bathroom issue.

The resort is a large spa with multiple very nice facilities to enjoy. The setting and landscape around the hotel is exceptional and very nice. Hotel staff serving in both restaurants and the massage spa were friendly but did not seem experienced and service was haphazard and seemed lacking in training. The experienced staff though were great.
