Family getaway

Maria was great! She was very responsive when we needed something. She also communicated with us when there was going to be cleaning done in the pool. Overall the place was clean. The pool was amazing and it was great that we had it all to ourselves.

Comfortable, Updated and Great Pool

We enjoyed this property while filming a TV show in the area. It was comforting to know that the neighborhood is a gated community with a security guard at the entrance. After long days in the field, we all couldn't wait to cool off in the large pool. The air conditioning works very well and the rooms are large and comfortable, but we spent most of the time at home on the large patio by the pool.

Deben mejorar varias cosas!! Reglas de piscina La escalera es estrecha Los handlers de las duchas de los dos baños estaban rotas. En el balcón no había Luz Solo 1 de los 3 cuartos tenía tv Tuve una mala experiencia mientras disfrutaba de la piscina salió un lagarto e iso sus necesidades en la piscina después de eso no volví a usar la piscina.

No apto para niños

Cuando hice la busqueda seleccione entire house y esta propiedad no cualifica ya q lo q rentan es el segundo piso. Tiene tres cuartos. No hay cocina y el area provista no esta para preparar comida para una familia. El bbq estaba extremadamente sucio. Nuestra estadia duro menos de dos horas. El area de comer es en el patio estaba lloviendo por lo q se mojada y tiene una silla rota. La piscina se ve muy bonita.

Be prepared

The pool area is nice but be prepared to fill and clean pool and spa area. Ants were a huge problem. I, as the guest sprayed the rooms twice and still found ants in the bedrooms, bath and beds. I request ant traps but did not get a response. The house portion is just bedrooms with very small landing area for frig and microwave. All group activities would be outside. No fresh towels brought unless we requested as well as toilet paper and Kleenex. The pool area is nice with lights. The rooms were good size and owner would respond most of the time to my questions.

Beautiful place!

Had a good experience at this very nice 3 bedroom property. Everyone felt comfortable and secure. The check in process was very easy and Maria was very helpful answering any question we had. Thanks for everything!

Summer vacation

I was very pleased not just with Maria (owner) but her beautiful home as well.. She was lovely and made us feel welcomed from day one. Not only would I recommend her but I would definitely visit again..
