"Very old rooms. Hard, uncomfortable bed with scratchy sheets. No ceiling fans. Sliding doors that didn't "latch". But on the sea with beautiful views."

"We had planned on staying for 3 nights and moving on. However we were so impressed with the hotel and the area we extended our stay for another 3 nights. The room was spotless and had all the equipment needed for our self catering stay. The bar area was inviting and the staff was friendly and helpful. Service with a smile every time. Our only gripe is the length of time it takes at check in and check out. If timed wrong the queue can be horrendous. Would we stay again? Absolutely!!!"

"A beautiful home with lots of character perfectly situated only steps from the heart of Mojaca Pueblo. The views from the terrace make you not want to leave. Good access to other surrounding towns and villages by the local bus services. If you’re travelling in late March or early April look out for the Garrucha tapas trail where every bar and restaurant creates their own tapas. Great fun and value. Communication with the host was excellent and she provided some excellent recommendations. Travelled with wife and 11 year old daughter"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room has a lovely view, also had everything you needed including a fridge. Breakfast was lovely more on offer than expected and very well done. Location is really nice you come out into the main square. "

Last time was a bit of a building site but this time not good. I know that things need to get done. But at least let customers know the extent. And obviously reduce the rates. Thanks. "

"Thank you! This was the perfect location for our eclectic family group. We all travelled from various places, by different means, but thanks to our host's flexibility, we easily congregated at the villa for a special family wedding in a nearby village. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with laundry, bbq and cleaning products at our disposal. Communication about equipment and local amenities was spot on.The home was well-equipped with cooking facilities, which led us to eating in on most nights. Our pool was amazing, especially for our youngest grandchild who learned to swim during our stay. And the views! If I were to ask for any improvement, I would say that the pillows and beds were a bit hard...but overall, we absolutely loved it. Thanks again! "
