nice place and that's it.

The hotel is nice in the outside and common areas but the inside of the rooms is very simple, we booked a two beds room but when we arrived they gave us a one bed room, I complained about that and the hotel personnel was real kind and helpful, they gave us a bigger two bedrooms studio with no extra charge, this new room was really big but looked almost unfinished, maybe we were the 1st guests that use that room. The location is ok, walking distance from the beginning of the restaurants area in zicatela and one block far to the beach. the wifi never worked and the bathroom was really small. The hotel doesn't has elevator so to get to a higher floor (it is a 5 story building) you have to climb a lot of stairs.

Gran ubicacion pero instalaciones en pesimo estado

El hotel esta excelentemente ubicado, en Zicatela, a 6 cuadras del area comercial, y a 50 metros de la playa (cruzando la calle nomas). Pero las instalaciones son el problema. Pobremente equipadas, solo las habitaciones de abajo tienen aire acondicionado (los restantes tres pisos no), no hay tv ni servicio de desayuno, y hay insectos rondando. Están en obras, según me dijeron para recibir a la temporada alta de surfistas en diciembre, pero aun así, creo que les falta completar su servicio bastante. Remarco la buena actitud del personal, atentos, educados y muy dispuestos a ayudarte y recomendarte actividades cerca.

Terrible hotel overall. Mattresses were terrible, stains on the pillow, no hot water, no food/drink. Great location! Never again.

Buen lugar

Esta bien ubicado a solo una caminata de 10 minutos de bares y restaurantes sobre la Calle El Morro así como vista al mar. El servicio es excelente. El costo es razonable y siempre esta limpio. El único problema son los mini splits que no parecen tener la capacidad suficiente para los cuartos. Ademas, no cuenta con generador eléctrico, pues tuvimos la mala suerte que por una tormenta eléctrica se fuera la luz toda la cálida y húmeda noche. Sin embargo, los cuartos con mosquitero permiten tener aire fresco junto con el ventilador. En general fue una estancia muy placentera.

Convendría tele en las habitaciones. Super error que su regadera no funcionara adecuadamente y que se les fuera el agua. La alberca riquísima... Ojo con la cucarachas enormes... una constante fumigación seguramente les ayudaría.

Nice hotel near of the bech and a staff friendly

We stayed in this hotel during three days, is comfortable, the staff is very friendly, is near of the beach, restaurants and stores. A very important point, is pet friendly.

Get to the Point!

A great stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, close walk to town and the beach. No hot water showers and only a light sheet on bed but I think that's common in Puerto because of the hot, humid weather. They also filled my water bottle a couple of times, which was nice!

Hotel nuevo

Es un hotel que acaba de abrir y aun esta en construcción, aun no cuenta con todos los servicios (agua caliente que se ocupa sólo muy temprano, televisión, restaurantes e Internet) las camas son incómodas. El personal es muy amable y te atiende de maravilla, estoy seguro que una vez terminado será un buen lugar para pasar tus vacaciones.
