Não possui mais restaurante parceiro, que ra muito bom e conveniente. Parece que isso influenciou também na percepção de qualidade. Café da manhã muito modesto, poucas opções, bem fraco. Sempre fiquei nesse hotel, mas não sei se na próxima vez em Santa Maria me hospedarei nele.

O local é muito bonito. O restaurante é ótimo, mas não funciona nas segundas-feiras e só fui descobrir isso na hora que eu fui jantar, o problema é que não há opções de restaurantes por perto.

Hotel muito bom o atendimento, porém fiz a reserva pelo hotels.com e minha reserva nao foi efetuada por falta de acesso do hotel com hotels.com em finais de semana, ai com sorte consegui um quarto de última hora. Já a questão do quarto falta mais uma lâmpada (quarto é grande e ficou bastante escuro) por falta da lâmpada, a tomada do frigobar estava com problemas (mal contato, faltando um conserto), faltou um porta sabonete e shampoos no box do banheiro, não tendo onde colocar e também um espelho no banheiro! Tirando esses detalhes, o hotel é muito bom, o atendimento é bom sendo atenciosos, quartos bem limpos, tv no quarto com bastante canais, ar condicionado, bastante ambiente de área externa e bom espaço para estacionamento além de contar com um café da manhã muito bom e de ótimo atendimento!.

A localização é ótima, os funcionários muito atenciosos, e de forma geral, a acomodação é muito boa. Na primeira noite senti muito cheiro de esgoto, mas no dias seguintes o odor cessou.
