During your stay, you will have full access to the apartment and the shared areas of the house. Enjoy the central courtyard with its swimming pool, surrounded by tropical greenery, hammocks, and peaceful lounging spaces. The property offers fully autonomous access through a smart lock. Prior to your arrival, you will receive your entry code. Inside the house, your apartment includes a secure lockbox containing the keys. Everything is designed to ensure a smooth, flexible, and hassle free arrival at any time of day.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, playing music in the common areas especially around the pool is not permitted. For security and comfort reasons, outside visitors are not allowed. Access is restricted to registered guests only. Check in is fully autonomous using access codes that will be provided prior to arrival, once the required guest information has been completed. As in many developing cities, occasional interruptions in public services such as water, electricity, gas, or internet may occur. These are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for refunds. However, we will always do our best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable, safe, and memorable stay in a space thoughtfully designed where history, design, and Caribbean essence come together.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following house rules, which are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Our priority is that you fully enjoy your stay; if any inconvenience arises, we kindly ask that you inform us before check out so we can assist you promptly. Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed to access the property. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; it is only allowed in designated outdoor terrace areas. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of $250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or any inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Violations of these rules may result in penalties of up to three times the total reservation value, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The main guest must be of legal age and must be present throughout the stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellation policies apply as stated at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or external travel related issues beyond our control. Additionally, in the event of interruptions to public utilities such as water, gas, electricity, or internet, these will not be considered grounds for a refund, as they are circumstances beyond our control and may occur in a developing city. In all cases, we will make our best effort to coordinate with the corresponding service providers and restore the service as quickly as possible.
