An endearing place I left Finca Cuipo three weeks ago, but it’s a place I continue to visit in my mind. I highly recommend booking this place for anyone that wants to unwind, unplug and take a break. The cabin is literally in the middle of the mountain, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The cabin’s deck is perfect to relax while enjoying the view, and the fact that the shower is outdoors makes you feel completely connected to nature. At night, hundreds of crickets and the rustling of leaves dancing to the wind lull you to sleep. Fiona & Helmut’s hospitality is unparalleled. They make sure you have a great time during your stay and they even help you with the logistics of your travel plans in case you want to explore the area and visit the attractions nearby, such as the Tayrona Park or the Buritaca beaches. Helmut is a great cook, and he adjusts meals to your dietary needs. Breakfast is included and dinner is very cheap.
