This second-floor condo offers an unbeatable location right across the street from the 30A beach access and the 30A where you can take a leisure bike ride or walk to nearby restaurants, boutiques, and concert areas. Some other must-visit attractions include Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place Town Center, Camp Helen State Park, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.



    This bright and cheerful home away from home offers a well-appointed kitchen with upgraded granite countertops and stainless steel appliances - you have all the essentials to prepare delicious beach snacks on the go and full course meals. The living area is a great spot to unwind and relax after a fantastic day at the beach, or sip a glass of your favorite beverage at sunset or a cup of coffee at sunrise while sitting on your covered balcony. In addition, you are granted access to the shared outdoor pool and tennis court.

Only complaint was door to patio did not lock and entry door did not feel secure…you could rattle the door…maybe a dead bolt in addition would help
