Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Please note, only 2 vehicles are allowed in the driveway (golf carts are considered a vehicle). No street parking is allowed - additional parking available by contacting Southern Self Storage next to property.

The Sea Turtle House is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome about .6 miles from Beach Access on 30A. This upscale getaway is part of the popular 30A Townhomes community in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. The modern finishing touches are found throughout such as designer lighting, crown molding, wood wainscoting, hardwood floors, and granite countertops. There are two queen bedrooms on the first floor each with access to the large back porch, and an awesome twin bunk bed in the hallway with sliding doors. The second floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a spacious living and dining area, and three porches suited for relaxation. The king master bedroom with en suite bathroom is also on the second floor and opens up to a private patio that overlooks the pool. The home is centrally located within biking or walking distance of beach access, shops, dining, and 24 miles of nature trails. When you’re not catching the sun on the beach, splash around in the community pool, or take the bikes to explore Seaside Town Center only minutes to the west! Enjoy your family vacation at the Sea Turtle House.

30A Townhomes is a community of coastal townhomes accented with upscale touches, just minutes from the iconic white sand beaches of 30A. This small community is near Eastern Lake and Point Washington State Park, perfect for launching paddle boards and nature hikes! Greenway Station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our REAL vacation

Our stay was great at our townhouse. It was the trash at the Townhouse next to us that was absolutely awful. It was not just in the can but bags and empty trash were placed on the ground by the can right at the end of our driveway. Their trash was put out late so missed the pickup. Every morning I had to pick up trash all over the ground. The smell was atrocious!! Also the pool trash can was over flowing the entire week we at the townhouse. It smell horrendous. Other than that we LOVED our stay!!
