This 4th floor, corner unit one bedroom studio condo is boldly designed in hip “South Beach” decor with lively colors and stylish imported furnishings. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve meals, snacks and drinks, which includes a fridge, sink, and two eye stove burner. With a queen size bed and sleeper futon that fold out to a full size bed, there is plenty of room for up to four guests. The guest bathroom features a brand new tiled shower and fully remodeled bathroom. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor for guests to use.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
