Welcome to 179 Pine Needle Way in the Forest District of WaterColor. This is a perfect summer vacation home for your family of up to six people. From the moment you step on the front porch, you will see that this home has been genuinely designed for the perfect beach vacation. Start your day with a morning cup of coffee out on the porch as you watch people drive by on bikes. Come late afternoon, it's a perfect spot to gather with an ice cold drink and catch up on how everyone spent the day. With four upholstered easy chairs and ottomans, it's a great spot to put your feet up and relax.

Step inside and enjoy the inviting beach home vibe and chic contemporary décor. The floors are all dark hardwood while the furnishings and wall colors are light, comfortable, and soothing.

The heart of any home is the kitchen and this one will not disappoint you. With white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and light countertops, everything you need is at your fingertips whether the kitchen is simply a place to serve catered meals or you love to cook gourmet dinners that will be savored. With room to seat eight, breakfast, lunch, or dinner can be a true family affair.

Step outside the back door and into your family vacation paradise. There is a small, enclosed back porch which leads down to a barbecue lover's dream — a huge grill area, which features a gas barbecue grill, additional burners for cooking, and a fridge. And just beyond is your own private yard complete with swimming pool! The fenced in back yard is also perfect for small children.

The bedrooms in this house are truly spectacular and offer a variety of spacious accommodations for your family or house guests. Two bedrooms — each with its own private bathroom, one has a bathtub and the other offers a small stall shower, and features king size beds.
