The 2 community pools, a private nature boardwalk, as well as Western Lake all provide endless opportunities for swimming, paddling, hiking, and more. The Hammocks is a short walk, .4 miles, to the Scenic 395 Beach Access.
Inside, the home is beautifully decorated and inviting. The large chef’s kitchen has professional-grade appliances and plenty of workspace. The large farmhouse dining table seats 8, and the kitchen island seats 3.
Also on the first floor, the primary suite, king, has a private bath with walk-in shower. A guest room, queen, has a shared bath.
An additional living area is on the second floor, with a wet bar, TV, a sleeper sofa, and seating for the whole family. It shares a full bath (tub/shower combo) with a third guest room, king. Greate place and location. Beautiful home with all new appliances, large kitchen and eating area. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms are all new and very nice.
We had the best stay at this house, everything was clean and looked great. It was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and seaside. Oversee went above and beyond on how they make the whole process work! Will definitely stay at this house again next summer!

This was our first trip down to the Seaside area and we loved every moment of it! This house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 7, 5, and 2). It felt new, was very clean, and was a short drive/comfortable walk to the center of Seaside (.9 miles). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance (> 1/2 mile) to the beach, the grocery store and Seaside square (~3/4 mile). Neighborhood pool was super close. Plenty of room in this spacious house-easily accommodated 10 adults. The house was immaculate. Would definitely rent again.
This is a great home with large bunk beds upstairs. Very close to the SeaGrove Village Market and Surfing Deer restaurants. The walk to Seaside restaurants is only 10-15 min. The house is in a gated neighborhood but next to the main road so there is some street noise heard in the master bedroom at night. Quiet pool is also very close.
We loved the property. The only thing I would add is a mirror upstairs somewhere. It was hard for others getting ready upstairs that were staying in the bunk if the bathroom was occupied. Otherwise it was fabulous!

We LOVED 8 Bramble. Every year we come to run the Seaside School Half marathon and this location was perfect for us. The property was clean and the app made an easy check in/out process. The house is beautiful inside and out.
This quaint gated community with beautiful new homes provided us with a memorable stay. The home provided plenty of space for me and my 3 teens. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Great location, easy bike ride to Seaside. Responsive property management company. The only improvement to recommend, window coverings on the windows on the main floor. With the beautiful lighting in the home, window coverings will give the much needed privacy at night. I highly recommend this property.

This property provided a memorable stay for Springbreak with my three teens and me. This quaint, gated subdivision is centrally located to everything you need. Seaside is a bike ride away as well as Publix. The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, good size rooms with two entertainment areas. The teens loved owning upstairs. One suggestion, adding window covering on the main level for privacy. Looking forward to staying here again!
