It was a very updated, pretty, comfortable condo, great view and was well stocked. The beach chairs, umbrella, etc. was such a help. We were also very excited with the sweet gifts (bag, cake and chocolates :-)) and really appreciated the extra touch for celebrating our 40th Anniversary. Loved our balcony and view and being up little higher allowed us to see more.

The condo was super convenient as a family with children (ages 10, 6 and 3). The beach and pool are easily accessible! The beach is a public access beach so if you are staying during the busy season I would recommend waking up early to set out your chairs and umbrella. The exercise gym available in the building was also nice to have and well equipped - the gym has a funky smell but tolerable. The condo itself was a perfect size for a family of 5. The unit is on the 19th floor of a 21 floor building. Views were incredible and elevators were surprisingly easy to come by. My husband and I enjoyed the king size bed with water views. Our children utilized the twin beds and pull out couch bed. The stocked beverage fridge was a generous touch and our children loved that amenity! The condo could use some cosmetic updates (kitchen cabinets are outdated and somewhat hard to access, some floor tiles in kitchen/living room are chipped) but nothing that affected the quality of our stay.

Perfect

Our condo was clean and fresh with modern decor. The stocked beverage fridge, coffee bar and shower products made our stay feel luxurious. TV access in every room an appreciated touch. The views- amazing. The building: everything from quick elevators to friendly front desk staff and an updated airy lobby. The beach itself- just the right size and well kept We will be back!

Wonderful 30A Condo

Lovely condo for our family of five. Amazing views, great finishes, and a nice touch with coffee for adults and soft drinks for the kids. Very close to great local restaurants. Would definitively stay again!

Great weekend getaway

The property looks just like the listing. Everything was tastefully decorated and the attention to detail was impressive. The view is incredible to wake up to and watch throughout the day. Aveda products in the shower, everything needed for a great cup of coffee and luxurious towels and bedding made it feel like we were special guests. The owners were great with communication and made us feel right at home.

Beauty on the Beach

The property is perfect! Literally on the beach. Just walk out, get a chair and umbrella and you’re set! There is a donut shop next door and pizza place across the street, walking distance! This little town in just perfect. The owner had great communication and the condo has everything you need!

Friendship Celebration

Spectacular views of the gulf from the balcony. Clean, well stocked kitchen, all of the amenties you need for a great vacation!! This was our second time staying at one seagrove place. It a great place!!!

Great Beach Condo

This was our first time staying at the beach condo and we loved it! The location was perfect, minutes from the beach with beautiful views, it was clean and decorated with the guest in mind.The host was also exceptional and was responsive to all our inquiries during our stay. Beauty on the 19th floor

Overall, great vacation. The condo building has made some great improvements since our last stay and continue to do more. The one working elevator was dirty and nasty, but it’s a work in progress. The condo was nice. The kitchen was a bit rough in the cabinets, but on the whole, a beautiful property. I would stay again.

Great location with a stunning view!

You can't beat the location of this property. Close to everything fun on 30a! And the view is absolutely breathtaking. You can't beat being oceanfront. The building is undergoing quite a bit of remodeling and looks very nice. Our only complaint was that the tennis court mentioned in the listing no longer exists (now a parking lot)! We would definitely stay here again!

My sisters and I try to get this condo every year for our trip. It’s convenient to everything. It’s also nicely equipped with everything you will need for your stay. They had construction this year which was a little annoying but nice that the facility is getting updates.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Nicely furnished and excellent amenities Cons: 1: Since there is no sliding glass door covering in the living room, the full frosted glass on bedroom doors allowed sunlight into the bedroom beginning at daybreak. For my wife and I, this meant we woke up at daybreak. 2: About ¼ inch of dust on the fan in the master bedroom that coated the blades. 3: Black mold in shower floor/wall caulking especially under the door. It's so bad there that pieces would break off when showering. 4. Jets in master bedroom spa tub are not clean and coated mildew or mold???

Great stay and love this location

Great unit that had everything to make our stay comfortable. From the cokes and water bottles, to coffee, and beach towels, this was a great place. We have stayed here before through the condo directly, but love this location and being on the beach and will definitely stay again.

Amazing views and perfect beach access for kids!

I cannot recommend this condo enough if you have little ones! Direct beach access and a pool. My son had a blast and it was so easy to bring all of the beach toys/chairs to the beach every morning! We will definitely rebook for our next beach vacation!
