3 bedroom/2 bath house. Private and heated pool.
Come visit our charming beach cottage, Swept by the Tide with up to eight of your family and friends. This three bedroom, two bath house is equipped with a private pool and yard and features a wrap around front porch. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, full size refrigerator, and microwave.
All three bedrooms are furnished with its own television, along with a flat screen in the living room. The master bedroom is separately located off the living room, with its own private master bathroom. Guests and other residents share a hallway bathroom.
The pool area has ample furniture to relax by the pool. The pool deck also is equipped with a charcoal grill and pavilion.
Swept by the Tide is a two block (5 minute) walk to the beautiful white sand beach and a short 12 minute walk to the heart of Seaside Town Square. Enjoy two public beach access locations - 1) located across from Surfing Deer Restaurant and 2 )Thyme St. Enjoy a bike ride around the various shops, restaurants, neighborhoods and trails of Seaside and Seagrove.4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are included in your rental. **We do have ring cameras to protect our property. The locations are not invasive and the exact location is the front(pointing towards the road) and 1 on the left side (pointing towards the hvac and pool equipment) and 1 is on the right side (pointing towards the backyard gate).

Beautifully decorated home. Very comfortable with all amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Although bikes needed attention the host was willing to make an accommodation with a local bike shop.

Great Vacation Home

Awesome location , lots of extra things throughout the house. I definitely recommend checking in to actually see what you need from Publix that is located less than a mile away. The backyard is beautiful my granddaughter loved the pool. The grill is awesome . I definitely plan on going back to stay at this home.

Loved our stay. The house had everything we needed. The backyard/pool area were great and where we spent most of our time. The location was perfect…short walk to the beach and close enough to walk to Seaside. Hope to go back and would stay here again for sure.

Family vacation

The house was cozy and perfect size for the 5 of us. Close walk to the beach which was nice. Grocery store nearby which was convenient. Food and shops all walking distance.

Great location, a new favorite!

We loved the property in Seagrove. Super convenient location, lovely neighborhood, close to beaches and Seaside. The property owner was very helpful, kind and accommodating. We especially loved riding the bikes and using the beach chairs and umbrellas at the many beaches nearby.

Holiday beach vacay

Stay as listed! Easy walk to the beach, seaside, and Publix. Highly recommended for any family vacationing around seaside. Mary was always quick to respond and help with any questions/concerns. It was so helpful to have beach stuff like umbrellas/toys at the house to take to the beach. We hope to stay again next year!

Second stay - our favorite place!

This was our second year to rent this home and plan to year after year! The bathroom, appliance, and pool updates/upgrades this year were excellent! It’s always so clean and also well stocked as far as pantry/cleaning items, beach chairs/toys, bikes, towels etc. etc. Mary is a very communicative and helpful host. Many memories made here - can’t wait to return!

Great Stay!

The location was very convenient and the property was comfortable and cozy. The owner was super helpful and very responsive. Overall, I enjoyed the property and we used ALL of the amenities from the bikes to the heated pool. We rented a golf cart, but could’ve also rented one that was already on property. We didn’t know.Nonetheless, everything was great! No regrets, and I would definitely recommend the property to others.

Fall break week 9/24

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here for Fall break week and we loved it! The house is very welcoming and cozy. The location is perfect! Backyard with pool is another awesome feature. Great location and amenities

The property is well located although not in Seaside proper - we had some in our group who were so we were not able to have beach chairs together - not a huge deal but just something to know if you have people you are trying to sit by. The house itself was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was a nice addition and the whole outdoor area was a great place to hang out as a family. The only thing I might suggest is some travel size bath items like shampoo or soap. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely rent here again.

Family Visit

We have been coming to Sea Grove Beach for 30 years visiting family who has the luck of living there. My parents stayed in this house for years and this year we were lucky to be able to stay in it! Love the house, pool and location. We brought bikes but there are bikes available with the house. We brought our beach equipment but they have that available also! Also enjoyed that shower in the master bathroom! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Summer Get-Away

This was our second year staying at this property. There were lots of upgrades in the bathrooms and pool from last year. The house is in an amazing location. Close to Seaside, the beach, Publix and places to eat. The host is so generous. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas she graciously lets you use. That helps with packing. The pantry is stocked with little things you might forget. It’s just become our favorite summer get away and we will be rebooking for next year soon.

Location, location, location. An quaint little cottage within a 5 minute walk to Seagrove beach. The beach was never super crowded, and the house has a few chairs, too. We loved the backyard pool and the comfy couch for a lazy afternoon watching Shark Week. I mean, Publix is only 5 minutes down the road as well! My teens rode the bikes to Seaside one afternoon while I read a novel by the pool. We had a lovely week without a care in the world. Thank you!

Beach cottage

Great location, easy walking/ biking to wherever you want to go. This is a small but comfortable beach cottage with everything you could need. Host is very quick to respond. Pool wasn’t heated when we arrived & she made it happen despite it being Easter! She also has everything you could want for the beach which we found very helpful instead of bringing from home or renting. Some older bikes came with the house that my teens were fine with. Brand new locks provided as well. Best for families with young children imo because rooms are small but my teens preferred this house over the large new Watercolor house we rented last year. Used the fold out couch & my son said it was comfortable but very heavy table needs to be moved to use it. My family really enjoyed this house & would enjoy staying there again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!!! We typically stay in another house in the area, but because it was already booked, we ended up staying here instead. We were all elated with our choice! From check in to check out & even during our stay, Mary was super helpful & responsive! We loved the house, & the location was perfect! Everything was neat, clean, well-kept & supplied. The ease of access to the beach & to Seaside was perfect with 2 toddlers! During our stay the power went out all on the street & surrounding streets. I reached out, & Mary immediately made a call to find out if it was an isolated case or not. Thankfully, the power was restored within a few hours! Mary called me personally to check on the situation which was completely out of her control, but her responsiveness made the situation better! This property was definitely a favorite of ours, & we would definitely stay again!

Girls trip with kids

The location is beautiful. I loved how lush and shady the area is. The pool area was very relaxing, but the pool was filthy because a storm hit the night of our arrival. We tried to clean it, but the nets had holes making it a lost cause. Our friends refused to get in the pool. The proximity to the beach (5 min) and city center (10+) were both lovely walks. The area is very bikable and we found a gorgeous lake area with more activities. If only the bikes were in better condition. I was able to get three bikes operational. Unfortunately, this prevented our two families from exploring together. My children and I made the best of the location by crab hunting at night, riding the trails, boogie boarding and eating at the various restaurants close by. We visited the beach at different times all day long and the pool ended up not being a big deal for us. Their were plenty of beach chairs, blankets, towels and umbrellas for us to use. I loved how cozy and comfortable the house was and we slept well. It was well kept and charming. I spent time on the front porch listening to the birds sing. We would love to visit Seaside again and I would definitely consider this home. This is a great house for families. The owners and local contact were excellent to work with.

This is our third time staying here. We love the house, especially with the recent updates to the bathrooms, the close proximity to the beach, and the private pool, which was also redone. Mary is the best host that we have ever dealt with and she is extremely accommodating. We hope to stay here again in the future.
