The Space:

Welcome to Oceans 11 by Kismet Properties of 30A!

Tucked into a quiet, newly built enclave just steps from Gulf Place, this spacious coastal home was designed for the whole family — including four-legged members. The open-concept layout makes it easy for the group to gather, anchored by a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. Every bedroom comes with its own private ensuite bathroom, a rare and welcome touch of privacy for larger groups. When it's time to unwind, fire up the gas grill, take a dip in the community pool just outside your door, or grab one of the four complimentary bikes for a ride down to Gulf Place.

What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
