Great location. Nice condo with a comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom. The bathrooms need some updating and attention. We usually bring a small fan on trips in case the bathroom steams up. We did have to use the fan in the doorway of the primary bath, and we had to buy an extension cord to plug it up due to the layout of the outlets. There is also no overhead lighting in this unit. There is a light mounted to the wall which is wired to a switch at the entry, and there is a decorative light strung up overhead above the kitchen table which is also wired to a switch. The rest of the lighting is by lamp except of course for the bathrooms. There have been some updates to this condo, but there are definitely some 80s vibes still hanging on. However, this unit provides good amenities in having 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a washer and dryer, and it's beachfront with perfect view of the Gulf. It is centrally located on Highway 30A which is very convenient for exploring the other beach communities along 30A. And the daily set up of beach chairs and umbrellas for these condos is another really nice amenity. I would recommend this rental, but I will say that there is too much potential here not to do a refresh on the unit.
