Welcome to Luna Girl! This 2 BR/2.5 BA pool-front condominium is located in the quiet Blue Mountain Beach area of beautiful 30A. Sea Bluff is a small beachfront boutique complex of 19 townhome/condos with community pool (unheated). You will find this location to be absolutely perfect for your visit to your new favorite beach.

Situated inside of 30A, the famous sugar white sand beach of the Emerald Coast is just over 100 feet away while the pool is just out your back door. Sea Bluff condominiums have our own private, gated boardwalk to one of the more quiet areas of the already quiet Blue Mountain Beach! When you are ready for a break, it’s a very short walk to Johnny McTighe’s Pub, RedFish Taco, Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Creamery, Mimo's Italian, Blue Mountain Bakery, Big Daddy’s Bikes/Kayaks, Aloha Souvenirs and other great restaurants/stores.

Luna Girl is barely 2nd tier from the beach. The main floor has an open concept with kitchen, dining and living areas, powder room and a balcony overlooking the pool. The upstairs has two large bedrooms with ensuite baths. The master king bedroom balcony overlooks the pool and a twin daybed with a trundle. The Gulf facing bedroom has a queen bed, full-over-full bunks and a balcony as well. The ground floor has a garage with laundry room and a rear patio with shower and path leading to pool.

Note: Being the highest elevation in the entire Gulf, Sea Bluff has stairs to the beach; Luna Girl has two flights of her own.

BOOKING POLICY
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Check-In: 4:00 PM CST
• Check-Out: 10:00 AM CST
• Must be 25 or older to rent. We maintain a family-friendly policy: 1 adult for every 2 persons under 25.
• During peak seasons, a Saturday-to-Saturday stay is required.
