  • Welcome to SeaHaunts 1A -- a beautiful modern and updated Gulf-front townhome nestled in a quiet section of Blue Mountain Beach right off 30A. This 4-bedroom, 3 bath unit boasts breathtaking views with direct access to the sugar white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.

    The first level has a bunkroom, plus a bedroom with full bath with shower. Easily walk out to the beach path from here. The deck also includes a gas grill and shower. The second floor is a beautifully decorated living room that opens to an amazing kitchen to prepare vacation meals - all with stunning Gulf views. Behind the kitchen you'll also find a 2nd full bath. Up next on the third floor you’ll find a spacious master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with a private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon. This bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the 4th bedroom. All bedrooms come with TVs for your entertainment needs.

    Immediately next door is the San Remo complex where you can access the pool and their fitness room. The pool is heated seasonally (call for dates) and features lap lanes and a spacious hot tub.

    Up to 2 Dogs allowed. 50 pound maximum per dog, 150.00 pet fee per dog.

Great for a week!

We stayed during the off-season for a week. Awesome location and can’t beat the price we paid! House needs a little upkeep and tlc but easily overlooked with the location and view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was easy. The location and property was great! We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for our family. The only negative was that when we arrived, there was sand in all the bedsheets. I'm not sure if the sheets were changed, or if there is a problem with the washer/dryer and it isn't getting the sheets clean all the way. We had to wash all the linens. I would evaluate the cleaning crew/company you are using. Also, the ceiling fan on the 1st floor needs to be cleaned. The bathrooms were all great and it has a great kitchen! We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Spot

The stay was lovely, the only complaint I do have is that there was not a broom or dust pan or anything to help us keep the sand at a minimum. It’s the beach, there will be sand, obviously. But not having a broom to keep after it seems a little odd to me. The property management company was not super helpful when I reached out asking if maybe it accidentally got locked into a cleaning closet. Aside from that, it was as advertised just well lived in and loved. Which is okay by me. Area is great, pool was great, beach was great. Overall a wonderful experience. I’d come back, just with my own broom and dust pan! Enjoy your stays here. Very safe with kiddos.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, but unit needs work. Pots and pans were in very poor condition with some rusted. Wood on deck by shower was warped causing possible injury. Bottom level had roaches as well. Upon arrival we had no key fob for the pool area. Benchmark kept saying they were bringing us replacements, but never delivered our whole stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Want to wake up and walk right out to the water? Stay here. The condo was immaculate and all rooms were the same as advertised. Bathrooms are located on each level which was really convenient and we were never short on hot water for showers. Overall, this is a really great place to stay. We did encounter a few things that were inconvenient but not impossible. For example, the exit gate from the property did not open without someone exiting the vehicle/walking outside, and entering the code from the outside. We had several people arriving at different times. The day before the arrival we called to ask about an early check-in. Mgt offered a substantial fee to do so. Sort of surprised we weren't offered an hour or two as a courtesy, but that was also just an inconvenience.This is a great property for a vacation! In fact, someone stopped me on the beach to ask about rental because they thought it was much better than what they were renting down the beach.

Kicking off the Summer with the Family

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa. The location was fabulous!! Right on the beach and close walking distance to shops and Restaurants. This unit met our family needs perfectly! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the balconies had lovely furniture with plenty of comfortable seating. The balconies were our favorites spots to drink coffee and eat breakfast and dinner. The pups absolutely LOVED being with us vacation!! They loved the breeze blowing their ears, lol. Comfortable beds, great AC, comfortable living room room furniture, everything was great!!

No need to bring any!
