The dining area comfortably seats six and the kitchen has a breakfast bar with additional seating for four more. If you head up the stairs, there is a king primary loft bedroom, featuring a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just off the king loft lies a spacious, airy private porch with seating space for two, offering treetop views, white picket fences, and timeless Seaside brick-paved roads.
