Beachfront condo with private parking, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with bunkbed cubby in the hallway and sleeper sofa in living room (Sleeps 4 -5).

Beach service (umbrella and two chairs) included with rental March 1 - October 31!

- Right on the beach in 30A! Enjoy amazing views while you relax on the patio of this second story condo overlooking the gulf.
- Experience peace and serenity at Commodore's Retreat on our private beach and private boardwalk for beach access.
- Eastern Lake, adjacent to the condo, is a great place for kids to explore and a fantastic place to skim board, paddle board, kayak or canoe

- Community pool and outdoor community grills (charcoal only)
- Memory foam King bed in primary bedroom with a bunkbed cubby in the hallway perfect for kids. Graco Pack N Play travel crib also included for the little ones (crib sheet not provided).
- Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and boogie boards provided as well
- Upgraded appliances, stackable washer / dryer, and shower / tub combo. Other perks include cable TV and complimentary WIFI.
- Fully stocked kitchen, living room offers large flat screen TV, and smart TV in master bedroom
- Sleeper sofa in living room
- Equipped with all linens, and an initial supply of necessities (paper products, etc.), all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

- Commodore's Retreat is located on a quiet dead end street away from the crowds; nestled off of Hwy 30A close to all the action but with a quiet Old Florida neighborhood feel. Specifically located in Seagrove Beach between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy a day on the beach or a bike ride along the many bike paths on Scenic 30A.
- The community pool is well maintained, and the building offers an elevator from the parking area for easier access to the upper floors.

~Commodores Retreat HOA has limited the parking to one car per unit only~

Nice long weekend

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the closeness to the beach. The condo is also walkable to the Steamboat Grill, which has excellent food and drink.

Great vacation place

Beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed condo on a lovely beach. Walking distance from several restaurants and shops. Our host promptly responded when we had a question. Additional/brighter lights in bathroom and a new kitchen faucet would be helpful. But overall this is a great place to stay! Hoping to return for another visit next year.

The Best Vacation Rental Ever!

The hosts have thought of everything to help make your stay seamless. The view is outstanding and exactly as pictured. The unit is spotless and the king bed is really comfortable. We would rent again in a heart beat!

Awesome views of the gulf. I could sit on the balcony all day, but you shouldn’t! There is so many great places to walk! Tom was great. Perfect vaca!

30A Getaway

The listing exactly what you see online. The condo is beachfront with easy access to the water and the umbrella serviced provided is a wonderful bonus. The owners are quick to respond and very accommodating. The only downside is that the building itself is very old and dated and needs thorough renovation. Overall, the location is perfect and would definitely recommend!

Week at the beach

Good place. Beautiful balcony overlooking gulf. Front door a bit narrow and makes it somewhat difficult to get in and out with luggage and groceries. Very comfortable bed and living areas and modern kitchen.

30A getaway

The property was awesome! Tucked away on a dead end street so it was super quiet and private. Right in the heart of 30A made it super convenient getting around. It was beachfront which made it super easy to get out onto the beach and a huge bonus was the daily chairs and umbrella service! Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break on 30A

Great condo for small family. There is a bench on the private beach access boardwalk that is perfect for viewing the sunset. The extra chairs, floats and beach buggy came in handy every day that are in the storage room. We will definitely be back!

We love Seagrove Beach!

We had the best vacation in Seagrove and this condo was wonderful! It was a good size, had the absolute best views and was well stocked. We appreciated the firm bed in the bedroom. Very comfortable! The top bunk was not usable for either of our kids, so I daughter slept on the couch. You will want to bring a mirror with you, as the only mirror in the entire unit is in the bathroom. We would definitely book this condo again!

Great getaway, awesome view!

Property was exactly as described. Nice updated kitchen appliances, countertops, etc. A/C worked like a dream, and the balcony furniture was top notch. Owners were quick to reply to questions before travel and recommendations. The view from the balcony was excellent, a nice way to enjoy morning coffee and view the stars at night. There was a beach wagon in the storage unit which was a tremendous help lugging all of our beach necessities each day. We hope to be back again next year.

Spring Getaway

Wonderful condo right on the beach! Very clean! Great decor and the condo had everything we needed! For me and my husband a vacuum is a must when we stay at the beach! This one had a full size one too! Also my boys loved the games and books in the condo. We loved the pool as a back up for our 2 boys and the closet that we could borrow beach toys ! Amazing!!!

Me and my husband have been to the beach a million times and this trip has been one of our favorite trips! We are already planning to go back next year! Thomas was excellent at communicating with us ! The condo was great, we had everything we needed including beach gear so we didn’t have to pack our own! The kids rode their bikes, we were close to restaurants, the location was great! Our view was amazing! And I know Thomas can’t control the weather or water conditions but the fact that the weather was absolutely perfect and that we’ve never seen the gulf so clear was absolute icing on the cake!!!
