  • Welcome to 'The Sweet Pearl' -a beautifully decorated beach home located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Comfortably sleeping 10, this home boasts four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room and plenty of outdoor space for your family to unwind in.

    The home has a private pool, patio and additional top floor sun deck for your enjoyment! For added fun, we provide 4 bicycles for you to use during your stay as well as 4 backpack beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards and 4 beach towels as well! Not only is this home super close to a public beach access, but there are also plenty of restaurants within walking or biking distance as well (Shunk Gulley is our favorite!). Want to explore a bit further? Rent a golf cart (or additional bikes) from Reef Beach just a block away!

    In order to make your stay more enjoyable, we also provide the following starter amenities:

    (1) conditioner per bathroom
    (1) bar or soap per bathroom
    (1) shower gel per bathroom

    There is enough parking for 4 vehicles. If you rent a golf cart, please make sure it is a GAS cart.

    Managed by Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements (25 and up to book) are met. Thank you for understanding!
