The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to relaxed dinners at home, complete with a large island that provides extra space for gathering and meal prep.

Step outside to enjoy even more space to relax and play. The first-floor back patio features a private mini putt-putt course, adding a fun activity right at home for guests of all ages. Both first-floor guest bedrooms have direct access to the back patio, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor space.

The 3 bedrooms ensure everyone has their own private space, while the twin-over-twin bunk tucked beneath the stairs adds a convenient sleeping nook that kids will love. The primary suite is located upstairs and features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. Two queen guest bedrooms, located on the first floor, provide comfortable accommodations.

The property provides parking for exactly 2 vehicles, with strict restrictions on RVs, trailers, street parking, and parking in landscaped areas. Overflow parking is available at the storage facility behind 30A Townhomes, but you'll need a permit from their office.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door of the home for security purposes.

Except on collection days, trash bins must be stored out of sight, behind the townhome. Garbage collection occurs on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place the trash can outside the night before collection, but no earlier than 4pm, and return it to its proper storage location promptly after pickup, no later than 9pm. Leaving trash cans on the street outside the permitted collection period may result in a $100 fine, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies or face fees and/or eviction. Since a golf cart is included with the rental, the primary renter must sign the required golf cart waiver prior to use. Use of the golf cart is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the waiver.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during, or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
