The Space:

This Gulf-front condo offers an oversize private balcony - accessible from both the living area and the main bedroom - that provides a great view of the lagoon-style pool and partial views of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, a Smart TV for all of your streaming needs, and walls newly painted in the colors of the sand to make you feel like you're always on the beach. Lounge on the plush patio furniture as you watch the children play in the pool, and end each day with some relaxation in the whirlpool tub in the main bedroom.



Enjoy resort amenities including a pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a fitness center.



Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brewpubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap as well.

Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking

This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements.

The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.

A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.



You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
