Cute little townhome that was perfect for our family of four. Loved how it backed up to the pond and wooded area and we could enjoy morning coffee on the screened in porch. Easy walk to all in Seagrove and the beaches and a nice quick bike ride from Seaside. Was great to have the four bikes at our disposal to use while enjoying the area. The hosts were very responsive to all communication and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay in this beautiful condo! The finishings were lovely and the amenities were thoughtful. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. They also provided a very thorough property guide, which was helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable and the location was great (about halfway between Seaside and Rosemary). I will say the public beach access near the property was pretty crowded, so we preferred to drive over to the beach at Grayton Beach State Park for a more relaxed and picturesque setting.
