"Spartina was a great location! If you have children that like the water, being right across the street from Camp Watercolor was amazing. Taking the trolley to and from Watercolor Beach Club was very easy and using the LSV to get around for short trips made the trip a great experience. Highly recommend for families!"

"The property was listed as a 5 br and it was not. One family had to sleep in the living room (5th bedroom) the floors were partially replaced with a non matching wood from ? Water damage. Overall we had a great time and appreciated the quiet neighborhood and golf cart —watercolor beach club was beautiful"

"We had a wonderful time, and the house was a perfect layout and number of rooms/beds for our two families of 10 total. We loved playing games around the large kitchen table at night! The three girls loved the additional sitting area at the top of the stairs. The king beds were very comfortable!The golf cart was so convenient. Between it and the bikes and a parking pass for our van, we had no trouble getting around/parking at Watercolor and Seaside.Thank you so much for sharing Shore is Nice!-Sarah"

"First time staying in Watercolor and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beach and pools were a quick golf cart ride, could even be a walk for older kids. House was clean, beds comfy, lots of bathroom towels and everything in working condition. This house is not overly stocked with kitchen/laundry supplies. Not a complaint at all just will need to plan to purchase if you have a larger family and plan to do meals at home a lot vs eating out. Will absolutely be back!"
