The space

Welcome to 'Watercolor Blue!'

Just a quick LSV ride to the Gulf's sugary white sands and a short stroll to some of 30A's best dining options! This home offers the perfect balance of convenience and privacy!

On the first floor, you'll find the bright and comfortable family room, ideal for relaxing together. This lovely home sits on a corner lot, so it gets plenty of natural light! Perfect for anyone who loves a sunny space. The open layout leads to a stunning kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and plenty of counter space for cooking up your favorite meals. The dining area offers seating for six, plus an additional 4 spaces at the kitchen island, making it easy to gather for family dinners.

Step outside to enjoy three lovely patios, including a screened-in front porch with comfy seating—perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying family meals outdoors. The side patio features a BBQ grill, making it easy to cook up a delicious dinner!

Next to the kitchen, you'll find a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Just down the hallway, there's a half-bath and the lovely master suite. The master suite features a king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double vanities, dual showerheads, and a walk-in shower.

Heading upstairs to the second floor, you'll discover a cozy living space filled with natural light, 2 sofas, and a mounted TV. Along with this space there are two guest bedrooms with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with double vanities, dual showerheads, and walk-in showers. One of these rooms has private access to the balcony! Also on this floor is a bunk bedroom with 2 sets of twin-over-full bunks and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combo.

There is parking available for 3 cars in the driveway.

Guests are just a few houses down from the Dragonfly pool and will have access to the amenities of the WaterColor Community, including 9 other pools, Camp WaterColor, and The Beach Club!

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 3 minute LSV ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 5 minute LSV ride from the home.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for -Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
