Room was excellent. We had the suite for 4 people. Very comfortable and great view. Only thing is the room had a small portable heater that did not quite keep the room at a desired temperature. Other than that I was very pleased with the hotel and the room.

Overall this Hotel is considered 4 star but I have to share a bad experience that I had at the So called SPA, this is a one star Spa that is completely rum done and has inexperienced masseuses, the music was so load and lighting was so bright and they made our experience so poor that we had to get up and leave the place, the room was freezing cold and.in between the massage they leave and then take you to these cheap showers that you can hardly fit and it’s like a death chamber as its sleepery and the water either steaming hot that burnt my hand or ice cold, the floor of the bathrooms are freezing cold and they didn’t put enough towels so you can cover the floors, The Resturant has great staff and food in general was very good , Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly, SERIOUS WARNING : The stairs are wet as people walk from the hot pool in to the lobby wet and I fell down and hurt my back but the Hotel staf were nice and came to rescue, This Hotel needs some improvements,

The best thermal spa experience ive ever had. Very private. Clean and organized room. Nice choices of food in the restaurant. Great value for the money. I would recommend it for a romantic getaway if you in the area.
