We had some mix-up with the payment, but they have been very attentive to straighten things out. I give them 5 stars for this. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pictures of the breakfast that is posted is pre-pandemic and there was no juice out, nor fresh fruit, nor drinking water available with the breakfast…therefore the 4 stars.

Clean room. Usually when we book with a pet at other hotels the room we get smells like a wet dog that wasn't house broken. This room was clean and smelled clean!

The water wasn’t hot so we couldn’t take showers. It was lukewarm at best. Also there was a bad odor in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Decent breakfast.
