This was my second stay here, and this time it was a disaster.
At check-in, the front desk guy asked if the second floor was okay. I said no, because I’m handicapped. Instead of helping, he slammed his fist on the counter and acted like it was my fault I didn’t put that on my reservation—when there wasn’t even an option to do that. His attitude was aggressive and unprofessional.
After driving four hours, I wasn’t about to argue. I told him to just give me the room.
Then I got to the room, and it was filthy—dirty sheets and trash left by the last guest. I didn’t even bother going back to complain because the front desk already made it clear they didn’t care about my stay.
Bottom line: my experience showed a total lack of respect and poor service.
