All of their staff are very friendly and kind. Safe area, in a gated community with 24/7 security. 5-10mns drive from grocery stores and shopping malls. The hotel is located near SLEX to and from Manila.

Staff from the guard to the room attendant provided outstanding customer service. They tried their best in ensuring our stay was as smooth as possible. I rated them 4 stars in certain areas because of the lack of alternative dining options within a short walking distance, the elevator undergoing major renovation and some rooms that are work in progress. Gym is definitely a work in progress. Hotel’s closed proximity to SLEX and CALAX make it easier to bypass clogged secondary roads.

This hotel was unpleasant environment , room smells so bad odor , , bathroom are dirty , smelly , stains on the floor and the toilet bowl, everthing was just uncomfortable. There gym was old equipment , dirty. And i saw a big Rat inside the small dirty gym, i complained on all of this. To the front desk. I told them its very uncomfortable for me to stay there, they have a sister company named paseo premier Hotel , around the neigborhood , offered to me to try and transfer to stay there. I absolutely grab it , we transfered at the same day to the othe Hotel they recommended.paseo Premier hotel was much better, the room are clean , good smell, and cozy lightning. It relieves my anxiety. We were relax this time it was a money's worth. We were at the non smoking area. But that did not followed, when we leave our room to go to the elevator, you will pass the stairway . Someone was smoking out there you can absolutely smell the cigaretts . . I complained at the front desk. A stuff named Reb. Said he will take care of it. The next day when we were passing the stairway theres another smoker fumes all over the air when we were passing by. Going to the elevator. There was also now a astray on the stairway. I went again to the front desk to complain. Same stuff i talk before name Rev. this time he said the only non smoking area in our floor was our room. The road to the elevator or stairway are smoking area. I confront Rev , i said why you lie to me. He just laugh / very rude.......

Bad Shiwer System

The plumbing system to be specific the shower almost burned us during taking a shower. The bathroom needs a lot of cleaning or perhaps a major upgrade or renovation.

Friday Saturday Live band...

They have a live band that plays until 10pm. 10:15pm the band was still playing. Impossible to sleep the band is so loud.
