Ask for prices for our last minute offer .If you want to spend a few days far away from noises and near everywhere this lovely new apartment in a residential and peaceful area, 100 metres from the luxury hotel La Quinta Park , 7km away from Puerto de la Cruz, and 4km from the historical town of La Orotava is the right choice for you.Very good relation price and quality. Prices go down depending on the lenght you stay.
Urbanizacion La Quinta is a residential area, about 5-8 minutes driving from Puerto de la Cruz. It belongs to Santa Ursula, a typical Spanish village, which has not been spoiled by tourism. There are many typical restaurants there where you can enjoy nice food for a small amount of money and shops .

Urbanización La Quinta has an ideally central location. From here you can reach many places of interest in just a few minutes by car:

Puerto de la Cruz 5-8 min. ( beach, Loro Parque, Martianez swimming pools )
La Orotava 10 min.,
La Laguna World Cultural Heritage, 15 min.,
Sta. Cruz with ist concerts 25 min.,

It has the advantage that it is ideal for relaxing: no noises from cars, no problems with on the other hand all sort of facilities are only a few minutes away. It is the right place if you want to visit and see the island.

What a wonderful 2 weeks we had here. Quiet location slept well comfortable bed, , all restaurants, bars, supermarkets are about 5 minutes by car, there is also a restaurant and a supermartek that you can reach very easily by foot.The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, the small balcony was just great for morning breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of kitchen utensils , but there are many places around where to eat very cheap.The owners were great, easy to communicate with and helpful with advice before we travelled and also when they welcomed us on our arrival. They care a lot about every little thing. We are already planning to come here again!!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend . Sie ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht . Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier kann man alles für den täglichen Bedarf erstehen. Um Restaurants zu erreichen sollte man allerdings ein Fahrzeug zur Hand haben.

We hebben een prettige tijd gehad in dit appartement. Wel is een auto wenselijk omdat het wat afgelegen ligt en geen strandmogelijkheden in de directe omgeving heeft.

Un lugar acogedor y muy tranquilo donde Inmaculada su propietaria cuida hasta el mínimo detalle para que la estancia sea perfecta. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Tenerife y el pueblo es muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. Destacar sin duda la atención de su propietaria ¡Gracias Inma por tu atención!!!

Cómodo y agradable apartamento situado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila de la Isla. Inma, su propietaria, nos atendió de maravilla, dándonos un montón de consejos e indicaciones para poder aprovechar a tope nuestra estancia. Muy, muy recomendable, repetiremos seguro.

Hemos pasado unos días en Semana Santa en éste apartamento. Todo lo que tengo que deciir es muy bueno. Está totalmente equipado con bastante claridad y con un despertar de los pajaritos maravilloso. Es un sitio tranquilo donde hemos disfrutado de unos buenos paseos, de un bañito en su piscina. ¡Es fantástico! Y como no?, decir la amabilidad de la Propietaria Inma y su familia, que nos han facilitado unos días estupendos. Gracias Inma

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage, die auch von Einheimischen bewohnt wird und vermittelt dadurch ein echt spanisches Lebensgefühl. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr angenehm und gepflegt, für Kinder ist sicherlich besonders der Pool interessant, wenn gleich er für unsere Urlaubszeit (Anfang März) noch etwas kühl war, da er unbeheizt ist. La Quinta ist ein reines Wohngebiet, das Zentrum von St. Ursula ist jedoch zu Fuß bequem über eine Fußgängerbrücke zu erreichen. Hier findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale. Für preiswertes Abendessen (erst ab 19:00 Uhr) ist das schlichte "El Capitan" sehr zu empfehlen. Um Teneriffa zu erkunden ist aber ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Parkgelegenheit ist ausreichend vor dem Wohnkomplex vorhanden. Die Bezahlung und die Schlüsselübergabe für die Wohnung war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Inma, die Vermieterin, spricht sehr gutes Englisch und war sehr zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und nett. Wir planen in absehbarer Zukunft diesen Urlaub zu wiederholen. Eine Familie aus Leipzig

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en avril 2014 à ce très bel appartement. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui font tout pour nous faire sentir comme à la maison. L'appartement est vraiment propre et il est très bien équipé au niveau cuisine, salon, salle de bain, chambre à coucher. Il est situé dans un secteur très tranquille mais quand même près des grands axes routiers afin de partir à la visite de cette très belle île. Il bénéficie de tout le confort que l'on peut rechercher et dans un quartier résidentiel. La piscine est un atout. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location à quiconque veut passer de belles vacances à Tenerife. Saint-Hubert, Québec (Canada)

casa molto accogliente e silenziosa, la signora Inma e suo marito molto gentili e disponibili. ci hanno fatto sentire a casa propria. unico neo manca una luce sullo specchio del bagno. Ha anche una libreria con guide corredate di foto e mappe dell’isola, brochure aggiornate sui vari siti di interesse turistico e sul Teide, anche se per la maggior parte sono in tedesco. Andate da Inma, vi troverete alla grande e non vi mancherà davvero niente di casa vostra. "

"Très bel appartement qui correspond tout à fait à l''annonce : très bien équipé et décoration soignée, ensoleillé et calme avec une loggia très agréable, très bonne literie .. L''acceuil du propriétaire est très chaleureux et il met à notre disposition une documentation touristique très riche et bien utile .La Quinta est très facile d''accès, proche des grands axes de circulation mais au calme . Puerto de la Cruz est une ville très agréable et très bien située pour rayonner dans l''île .Nous y retournerions sans hésiter ( une semaine c''est trop court pour découvrir les nombreuses randonnées possible dans le massif de l''Anaga et le Teide )et nous réserverions à nouveau ce bel appartement."

"Appartement très bien équipé et coquet dans une résidence calme et très bien entretenue, à environ une heure de l''aéroport par autoroute. La chambre est spacieuse et la loggia bien agréable. Idéal pour un couple, mais on peut venir avec un enfant ou un ado puisqu''il y a un lit-tiroir dans le séjour. A l''arrivée un petit déjeuner et une bouteille de vin nous attendent. Nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire, malgré notre venue tardive à 3 heures du matin. La côte nord ouest, souvent rafraîchie par la brume océanique, bénéficie d''une agréable température, moins caniculaire que la côte est. La Quinta est un bon point de départ pour visiter le massif d''Anaga, le parc naturel du Teide, les gorges de Masca, le Teno, accessibles en une heure à une heure trente. En revanche, les plages sont petites, souvent escarpées, et l''océan un peu agité pour la baignade."

"Jolie location dans une petite résidence propre, fleurie et bien entretenue. Le logement est très lumineux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. "Iniziamo subito col dire che l‘accoglienza di Inma è stata a dir poco stupenda. Arrivati la sera prima di cena, ci ha accolto nel miglior modo possibile…una bottiglia di vino rosso e biscotti al cioccolato (tralasciamo il suo dolce fatto in casa…). La casa è molto più bella di come appare nelle foto: la cucina-soggiorno è comoda e funzionale, dotata di tutti gli accessori che servono per una permanenza piacevole (ha anche una bella moka da 4 tazzine per noi italiani), il bagno è pratico e pulito (con lavatrice) e la camera ampia e luminosa. Nella zona soggiorno (con un bel balcone che da sul parco retrostante) potrete rilassarvi sul comodo divano (dotato di due letti singoli) davanti la tv con satellite e dvd di film in lingua originale oppure sentire un po’ di musica con il suo stereo. La casa, a 2 minuti dall’entrata in autostrada, è inserita in una bel condominio (con piscina e giardino carinissimo) in una zona residenziale tranquilla e piena di verde con vista mare sulla destra e il maestoso e innevato Teide sulla sinistra. Inma è davvero di una gentilezza infinita, vi fornirà tutte le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno siano essere di ordine pratico o di carattere enogastronomico o folkloristico. Ha anche una libreria con guide corredate di foto e mappe dell’isola, brochure aggiornate sui vari siti di interesse turistico e sul Teide. Andate da Inma, vi troverete alla grande e non vi mancherà davvero niente di casa vostra. "

"The apartment is very clean and very quite, it's decorated with a good taste and there's lots of touristical information on Tenerife available. It is also fully equipped for self catering. The size is ideal for a family with 2 kids, but would also fit for 4 adults. The terrace and sleepingroom have a view on a small park with eucalyptus trees. In front of the block there's a cosy swimming pool in a large garden surrounded by nice housing complexes in pastel colours. For sightseeing you will need a rental car. Our favourite was Puerto de la Cruz and its seafront, which was only a 10 minute drive. Unexpectedly we discovered some of the nicest dragon trees on the island 5 min. from the apartment, walking to the end of a non paved road (near the garbage containers). We preferred the rough beaches nearby (e.g. Bolullo) to the crowded and hot beaches in the south. It was cloudy 50% of the time with a few showers, but always warm, and perfect to sleep at night or to hike during the day. The North has great mountains, lush forests, fantastic seaviews and offers lots of opportunities to meet locals. Our host Inmaculada proved to be very hospitable and her service and kindness stretched far beyond the duties of a property owner. All together we considered this as a perfect stay on a very nice island. We'll be back!!"

"Facile à trouver dans un quartier résidentiel coquet des environs de Puerto Cruz. Construction récente, il est très bien équipé et d'une tenue exemplaire, il donne sur un parc en cours d'aménagement. Pas de vue sur la mer, mais d'un calme très appréciable. Il ne manque rien au niveau équipement et notre hôtesse est prête à combler tout manque identifié."
