Located in a quiet, peaceful small town of Santaquin Utah, This recently built home is perfect for families or groups. With three bedrooms featuring a mix of queen, full, bunk, and twin beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. Three bathrooms add convenience and comfort throughout the stay. The house stays pleasant year-round with heating and air conditioning through out the whole house, making it easy to feel at home no matter the season. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip bedding on used beds and collect in pile at the foot of the bed. Do not take off white mattress protector. Pile up used towels in the laundry room.
Take out trash to the green trash bins sitting on the gravel on the side of the house.
When you check out make sure the stove is turned off, all faucets (taps) are shut off. Lights are off. Do not turn off fire place. Lock door behind you by pressing the lock button on the key pad
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
