Simples, limpo e confortável.

Foi uma estadia de apenas algumas horas, pois fizemos check out em Alter do Chão ao meio dia e nosso próximo vôo em Santarém era somente às 23h40. Então, precisávamos de um lugar para ficar até a noite. E também para conhecer a orla da cidade. Procuramos um hotel de custo reduzido e confortável. Foi um achado o Sandis e lá ficaria mais dias caso retorne à cidade. Hotel limpo, confortável e no quarto tudo funciona muito bom. Não tivemos a oportunidade de passar a noite de um dia para o outro. Mas a localização é excelente!

Hotel com boas condições de estadia. Sem cheiro estranho, limpeza muito boa e diária, chuveiro quentinho e com boa quantidade de água. Só a cama que era um pouco mole para o meu gosto, mas me acostumei. O café da manhã era farto e variado. Colegas que ficaram em outros hotéis por perto não ficaram tão satisfeitos. Para mim foi uma boa escolha.

Muito bom!

Excelente custo beneficio, hotel bem localizado, bom café da manhã, atendimento atencioso por todos do hotel. E bem higiênico, há as camareiras são atenciosas e caprichosas, todos os dias fui surpreendida com um bichinho diferente, feito com as toalhas.

Tranquila com café da manhã fabuloso!

Foi tranquila com café da manhã impecável! Com funcionários prestativos e atenciosos! O único problema foi a acústica dos quartos, pois dá para ouvi barulho nos quartos dos lados e de cima, ainda mais quando estão arrumando. Acredito que melhorando as paredes com uma acústica mais fechada seria melhor a experiência.

Acústica dos quartos ruim

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, o acesso é tranquilo, o café da manhã é ótimo, os colaboradores da recepção e do restaurante são atenciosos e prestativos. Porém, achei bem difícil dormir depois das 7 horas da manhã, em pleno domingo, por conta do barulho do arrastar de móveis e da conversa alta dos colaboradores da limpeza. Fiquei no terceiro andar. O café é servido no quarto andar e é possível ouvir os passos das pessoas e o arrastar de cadeiras. Fiz o check-in no início da madrugada e tinha a esperança de dormir aos menos até às 8:30, mas com a barulheira foi impossível. Enfim, fiquei mais cansada do que já estava. Só a vista maravilhosa do encontro das águas para me animar.

Melhor região na orla de Santarém

Quarto reformado com janela antiruídos e película importante para a qualidade do sono e proteção do sol durante o dia. Banheiro sem ventilação, ponto negativo. Café da manhã bem farto e de qualidade. Área da varanda agradável com vista da orla e da cidade, poderia ter redes nesta área para os hóspedes usarem.

Poderia ser Melhor

Devido o valor da Diária, fiquei um pouco triste, devido cama ser desconfortável para 1 casal, a acústica do quarto horrível, como se tudo fosse oco, o chuveiro é 8 ou 80, ou é frio ou é super quente, agora tem a parte positiva são da limpeza e dos funcionários super prestativos.

Fico com frequência neste hotel, porém, desta última vez a limpeza deixou a desejar. As tampas do sanitário precisam de substituição urgente e a limpeza do banheiro precisa de mais atenção. As toalhas estavam sujas, pedi para substituir e mesmo assim recebemos toalhas sujas. Logo, esse quesito precisa de melhoria imediata.
