We are not happy with the customer service. Hotel is in Santiago which is not a touristy town and does not have any water ferry to get to after 4:30 in the afternoon. Bella Vista Private House, Lake Atitlan Guatemala
We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids and had an amazing time. The property is even better than shown in the pictures. The grounds keeper was incredibly helpful with our questions, this made the trip a lot easier. The pool and pool table area were great
