Hotel mt bom. Excelente localização, lugar seguro. Perto do metrô, do shopping Costanera Center, farmácias, restaurantes etc. Os atendentes do hotel são atenciosos, mas limitados e intransigentes em alguns pedidos dos clientes

O quarto é amplo e limpo, o café da manhã diversificado e os funcionários foram muito solícitos. Está localizado em um bairro lindo e seguro, com muitas opções de restaurantes e comércios no entorno, pertinho do Multimercado Tobalaba e também do Costanera.

Muito bom hotel, excelente localização no bairro de Providencia. Excelente quarto. Não tive problemas. Cafe da manha é bom, embora repetitivo. Boa atenção na recepção. Caso tenha uma excursão cedo, eles preparam uma caixa com um lanche para levar, o que é um diferencial.

bom custo benefício

Fui passar apenas 3 dias, mas a localização é excelente, da para ir a pé ao shopping costanera, tem mercados, restaurantes, lanchonetes ao redor. A equipe toda muito simpática e atenciosa. O café da manha delicioso. O quarto tinha um tamanho bom, além de uma área para guardar as malas e não deixar jogadas pelo quarto, tinha um guarda roupa com cabides e cofre. o banheiro amplo e confortavel, com amenities (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, touca para cabelo). Os pontos a ser melhorados: a agua do chuveiro apesar de nao ser gelada, não é taaao quente assim, no frio isso faz a diferenca. A cama poderia ser um pouco mais confortavel. De maneira geral, recomendo e voltaria. Preco justo.

Excelente hotel! Com acomodações confortáveis e novas (reformadas), limpeza impecável e um café da manhã muito saboroso. Esse hotel está muito bem localizado para quem quer estar próximo ao shopping e bons restaurantes. Além disso, um detalhe muito importante positivamente foi a recepção e atendimento dos serviços no hotel, uma equipe muito bem preparada e cordial. Provavelmente, voltarei me hospedar nesse hotel! Hotel muito bem localizado na região, próximo a restaurantes, mercadinhos e confortos. Quartos sempre bem limpos, organizados e com toda estrutura necessária. Café da manhã com poucas opções, porém tudo que tem é suficiente, básico e gostoso. Voltaria com certeza!

Todo muy bien, lo recomiendo

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, exelente desayuno y cabe destacar que la habitación tenia incorporado un cuarto para maletas y amplios armarios, destaco el buen trato agradable de todo el personal y en especial la del Sr.Juan de recepción . Lo único que podria sugerir como mejora es una TV mas grande, y la opción de camas king size
