"As first time travellers to Lisbon, we loved this hotel. The location was fantastic, steps from public transit, yet you can still walk to the waterfront easily. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, it’s unique without being over the top. The roof top pool and bar would be an awesome place to spend a day soaking up the sun and relaxing. The rooms were a great size, clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a bathroom stall and a shower they had frosted glass sliding doors. This doesn’t bother us, it was a great size and had fantastic water pressure. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and even assisted with ordering dinner, it allowed us to get exactly what we wanted without the language barrier. We had an issue with our safe, I was astounded at how quickly maintenance was there to fix it. We would stay here again, I’d also recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"I am so happy I chose this hotel. It was in the perfect location and was simply great. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were lovely. The food was also great. There is a wonderful restaurant and bar on-site."

"Overall, the stay was good. I would rate this place a 3 star, as some of the overall amenities were slightly lacking (faucet was a little loose, private bathroom wasnt totally private, bed was a lil springy. But the staff were excellent, the room was clean and we got free water which was awesome. "
