"Just simply an amazing hotel for the price!!!"

"This hotel was incredibly beautiful from the moment we walked in to the courtyard. It is huge and can feel a bit of a maze to walk around until you get your bearings. We were situated in Block D - there was a mini exhibition for us to look at on our way to our room. We stayed in a Locke Room which came with a lovely little patio. Furnishings in the room were beautiful and the colours in the bathroom were so nice too. Beds were super comfy and made for a great nights sleep. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water or 2 in the room for arrival especially when arriving late at night and not being able to get to a shop. You can pay for water at reception but it was a bit inconvenient to head back over for that. However, I would happily stay here again and will recommend it to friends because of it's location. We just wish we could have stayed longer as didn't get to use the pool or restaurants which looked amazing!"

"Great service and staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Super location; 5-30 minute walking distance to local historic centers and good/excellent street restaurants everywhere. “Time Out Market” 35 min walk; Food Heaven. All the daily tour will pick you up at the front lobby. Easy bus ride from exit doors to hotel. Stop by the local supermarket; everything is fresh, 6 pack water around 1.3 Euros and sweet, crispy apples, 8 for 1.5 Euros."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms were very clean. It took my American brain a few minutes to figure out how to control the lighting (using your room card near the entry way) and I spammed the "relax" setup. I was staying with a friend whose birthday passed while we were in Lisbon and they treated her to a birthday dessert during our breakfast. Unprompted! The hotel showed such a level of hospitality that I had to write a review about it. "

"Hotel was kept clean. Well located and access to public transport in close proximity. Our booking was initially for a room with a balcony, but none was available. Instead, the staff offered a room with a bigger bed and free breakfast for each morning of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
