Helpful Management

I made a mistake and booked an extra room i did not need. The manager was very helpful to assist me to cancel 1 room through the hotels app. The room was exactly as expected and advertised. The only thing i suggest could be improved is providing drinking water.

The peoples are friendly, but it's hard to find someone who talks english. Even if the lady did come every 2 days for changing the beds, empty the garbages and washing the floors there's always smalls bugs. Have to keep EVERYTHING in the fridge. The security is very good.

I had a terrible time at that place. The first thing, I didn't stay at Residencial Las Palmera but instead at Residencial Las Estrellas in Boca Chica. And the second thing, the man there tried to charge more than what's online. My apartment with two bedrooms was pretty bad. There wasn't air conditioning and it was hot on the first floor. So I had to stay in my bedroom for the rest of the days when there was AC. Then, the fridge stopped working and the WiFi connection sucked so badly that it wouldn't work well. I'm never going back there. Really poor.

This hotel is a good option for solo and family travelers. Generally 2 guests are allowed if they leave an ID card with the security. I had a one bedroom unit, the kitchen was fully equipped, so I cooked my own meals. Overall the unit was in good condition, I recommend bring your own comfy pillow :) Nice swimming pool with deep and shallow water. One thing you must take in mind... there are so many people in the area that will approach you and try to sell you stuff, offer services, some are scammers, for example if you walk on the beach every 20 seconds you will get approached, just be careful and don’t trust anyone.

Slice of paradise.

I stayed at Las Palmeras 12 days and enjoyed each one. The staff and manager were great. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying there again

Horrible place. Not a hotel!!!!!!!!!

This property should not be on any online booking app it was at least 45 mins to check in. Only accepted cash. Didnt want to return cash deposit room had nothing. Not even one tiny soap bar the furniture was horrible looked like was bought 2nd or 3rd hand pool was nice but not very clean

oo expensive for what you get

First of all, checking in, there was no one at the reception, had to wait 20 minutes outside before someone came to let me in. Secondly they don't do daily housekeeping even if you request it. They would tell you that they clean every other day. There was power shortage and the generator was not working, they had to rent another one. Internet is very poor and no lift to the rooms imagined you on the 5th floor.
