Just the best area to stay in Oia. The customer service and staff were first class. The breakfast brought to your room and the view was simply fantastic. When in Oia Chelidonia is a must stay at hotel.

After the cleaning, the room was very well organized and all the towels were fully restocked.The breakfast was promptly delivered everyday and had a various variety of scrumptious food. Everything was amazing and we definitely recommend this place.

Their customer service was the best. Beautiful caldera views from the villa. Difficult to go to villas if you require walking assistance but porter available to carry luggages. Parking drop off a short walk from the villa. Yummy breakfast with wonderful outlook to the see and the best parts of Oia

This property has the best views you can imagine! Unique rooms with very relaxing patios . Quiet even when crowds are walking the paths .very friendly helpful staff! You must be be able to climb very steep steps absolutely.

Honestly the whole stay was amazing! the staff was super friendly and informative. The views were breathtaking and enjoying the hand delivered breakfast on our balcony was a highlight of our trip! they made everything from transportation to and from port to renting an ATV super easy and simple! i am recommending everyone who goes to santorini to stay here!

Great staff, great location, awesome time!

Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful! She made sure our stay was flawless. The property location was perfect! Family Villa was big and had all the necessities you would need. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay was fantastic and the staff was amazing. I only wish I would have gotten the suite with the pool. Would rent from them again. Be prepared to use the stairs!

The property is unique and quaint. The villas have beautiful views of the caldera. While the villa was comfortable, it was like going back in time. There is no television in the room. The shower had no shower curtain nor glass so I was cold while showering and water got all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was included with our room and delivered to our patio every morning. In order to get to our villa we had to go up and down several flights of steps. The good thing is the porter will carry your bags when you check in and when you check out from your room all the way to where you will be picked up by your taxi or transfer. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Overall it was a good experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Chelidonia Villas. They took care of our every need and made us feel so welcome. The villa had the most incredible view of the caldera. The staff was friendly and helped us with reservations and travel throughout the island. The breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and was good. I could sit on the porch for hours and enjoy the magnificent view. The room was very clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here! They are well respected in the area, the villas are right in the center of Oia and it was an amazing experience!

We stayed in the traditional villa for five nights. The view and location were absolutely stunning, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable for a short stay—perhaps one night—but for longer stays like ours, it lacked variety. It was very basic and repetitive, and having more options would have made a big difference. One thing we missed during our stay was a small microwave oven, which would have been very convenient. We mentioned this to the reception staff, and they kindly acknowledged the suggestion, saying they would consider adding one in the future. I hope they follow through on that—it would definitely enhance the experience. Overall, it was a good stay and a memorable experience. However, it's important to be aware in advance that reaching the villa requires going down (and up) 84 steps. This could be a challenge for some guests, especially with age or mobility concerns.

Fantastic views, next to famous blue church. Excellent staff. They send a porter to help with your bags at a meeting point. Both ways. While our suite had fantastic views you have to go down about 100 steps. Breakfast was normal continental with boiled eggs

Lovely Oia

We were there for four nights and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They took care of most of our needs and made recommendations/reservations, arranged for taxi, boat trips, etc. Each morning the most friendly person would have a big smile on his face and bring you a breakfast basket with coffee and juice. The property was in the center of everything, but very quiet and absolutely gorgeous setting. However, I must state that some of the units have many steps.

the staffs are excellent. they started communication before we departed so airport transfer was arragned and staff was waiting at parking area. He took three of our heavy luggages cause rooms is some steps down. On the day we left, they also setup same thing. The view, the breafast, the location, we had our best momeries of Greece trip. Santorini is a very special place, and Chelidonia was the perfect choice for accommodations. Our room was upgraded when the management saw that we are an older couple and all the stairs to the studio we’d booked might be a challenge. Our upgraded room was spacious with a balcony and kitchenette. Loved staying here!
