The hotel had lovely views from the main area. Room was nice with a great shower and lots of storage Terrace was not great we had the honeymoon suite and it was not at all private Food in the restaurant was really good

Stayed here 3 nights - just wonderful. Kind and thoughtful staff all round. They have a shuttle to Fira town several times a day and night which was great. Breakfast was lovely and the views and sunset amazing. I would recommend without question.

This hotel was wonderful! Amazing views!!! Great location and easy to get to by car. Convenient to everything, but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing. Staff was so friendly, Alina at the front desk was always on top of everything and so helpful!! We will definitely stay here again!!

The room is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and we love watching the caldera while eating breakfast. The free shuttle to Fira town is a plus. We love Lilium’s perfect location.

Exceptional hotel with wonderful staff who clearly enjoy their job at the hotel (who wouldn't with that view). Wonderful room with a private pool (with a pleasant surprise that it was also heated meaning 24 hour perfect temps!), stunning hotel. Good food in the restaurant. Couldn't ask for more

Excellent stay! The room was very nice with an absolutely gorgeous view. Balcony had a little table, a padded couch, and drying racks. Perfect view of the sunset from your own balcony. Restaurant on site was good. Convenience store across the street. I loved the beds in the infinity pool. View was absolutely gorgeous! Bed and pillows were great. Wonderful shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Around five minutes or less of a drive into Fira, with a free hotel shuttle that ran multiple times a day.

We had an amazing stay at Lilium hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and were always willing to go above and beyond. Breakfast had a great selection of continental options with attentive staff offering coffee made to your liking. The pool area was lovely with gorgeous views. There was never a rush for sun beds or any sun bed hogging. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard making our stay even more pleasant. The shuttle bus service to Fira was really helpful and always ran on time according to the regular schedule. This made access to Fira really easy where we could either enjoy time in Fira or get a public bus to Oia, etc. We also enjoyed lunch from the hotel’s snack menu which were all delicious and reasonably priced - we opted to share one lunch option which was plenty big enough for two of us! We will definitely be returning to Lilium in the future.

The staff went above and beyond for us. The entire hotel was very clean and the smell of the lobby was to die for. The view was phenomenal and the food at the restaurant was super delicious. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will return and refer everyone I know to this hotel.

I wasn't sure when I arrived - small reception area, limited staff. But when I got to my room I was really happy. I had a medium-cost room. It was perfect. Light and airy, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was terrific, plenty of room, wonderful private outdoor area for each room - just terrific. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - hot and cold food. Plenty of options, coffee any way you wanted it. Great. The pool area was spectacular. We spent 5 days on Santorini. Two of those we just spent at the hotel and pool. Lovely, gorgeous scenery, very relaxing.
